UPPER LOFT OVERVIEW
A cosy retreat for two, UPPER LOFT is a nestled away gem in a perfect, central location for exploring the bustling town of St Ives and the surrounding coastline.
This charming apartment is the perfect hideaway for a couple, or two friends sharing, wanting to be in the heart of the action, and only minutes away from the seafront.
The apartment is accessed via an external staircase, leading you up to the light and airy, rooftop outdoor area and into the apartment.
As you are only moments away from the vibrant harbour front, and the four other fabulous beaches that St Ives boasts, you don't have to stroll far to kick back, and relax. With numerous independent galleries, shops, pubs, and restaurants right on your doorstep, and magical walks along the stunning Southwest coastal path, this cute and cosy bolthole is just the ticket for two!

KITCHEN
The bright, modern kitchen is well equipped and caters for all of your needs, a place where you can you can rustle up culinary delights, or enjoy a lazy brunch of freshly baked delights from local delicatessens . Included is a fridge/freezer, oven with electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. A handy counter provided ample space for breakfast or lunch with under-counter bar chairs.

LIVING AREA
The cosy living room with warm lighting is welcoming after a long day at the beach with a comfortable double sofa and small window seat. A single foldout sofa bed is provided (please bring your own linen, if you want to use it) A wall-mounted Smart TV is provided with Netflix and similar apps. An HDMI wire is also provided so that you can plug your laptop in.
Please note that, due to the shape of the staircase, it is not possible to fit a stairgate.

BEDROOM
Stair leading up from the living room lead to the well-sized bedroom containing a double bed with bedside tables and reading lights. Storage is provided in the form of a hanging rack for clothing and clothing cubicle unit. Skylights with blackout blinds open the room up and allows beautiful natural light to fill the room.
A blow-up toddler bed is available to hire at GBP 10 (please provide your own linen; dimensions: 150 x 90 x 30cm))

BATHROOM
The classic shower room is situated between the kitchen and living room. This fresh, modern room has an electric power shower, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail and mirror.

OUTDOORS
The large, sun-trapped outdoor space is a great place to relax and unwind with garden chairs and table provided as well as BBQ. Entrance to the property is via steps at the rear, leading onto the exclusive rooftop platform area.
