- Place all used towels in the washing machine AND START THE WASHER prior to checking out.(optional)
- Wash all kitchen items (dishes, etc) used during your stay
- Additional fees for damages, broken house rules, or excessive cleaning will be determined by the hosts on a case by case basis. Additional fees are non-negotiable
- Guest(s) must keep all windows closed during their stay
- Guest(s) must lock the doors upon checking out
- Please pick up after your pet with the provided pet bags.
