Premium Suite on the Beach

- We recommend that you notify us of your arrival time or at least an estimate one, at least one day in advance. In addition, we will always suggest that when you are 15 minutes away, contact us again to let us know. If you have arrived and have not warned us, it is very probable you may have to wait for us to come to welcome you.

- The parking space is optional and is subject to availability and price. Consult your availability before making any reservation if for you it is an indispensable requirement.

- A baby cot (so its full cot linens) has a supplement of 20€ and baby high chair 10€ for a total stay. It must be requested in advance.

- By default, the apartment dispose of 6 single beds of 0.90x1.90 (or 1,90 X 2,0) in the three rooms. On request, we can switch per two single beds, place 1 double bed instead. Tell us about your preferences. A bed convertion has the supplement of 15€ for the total stay.

- Set of towels will be provided on the following way:

Stays between 1-4 days 1 set of towel (1 small, 1 large) will be disposed for each guest.
Longer stays (4 onwards) 2 set of towels will be disposed for each guest.
More towels can be provided by 5€ the guest´s towel set.

**** Any damage or loss a towel may suffer, it might be charged.

Late check-out after 22:00 has a supplement of 15€ fee to be paid on arrival

Great location and a great host

The flat is right on the beachfront and just behind the harbour, around 10 minutes walk from Malaga old town. So, the location is perfect and everything was clean and well maintained. Manuel, who's family own the property, was a great help, with restaurant recomendations and places to visit. We will be booking again for next year :-)

Fun in the Sun!

Beautiful view, great accommodations and responsive and helpful hosts. There were 5 of us here for a wedding and it worked out perfectly with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again. Malaga is a beautiful place to stay and soak up the sun and the sights.

I think the location of the property is fantastic if you are want to be on the beach. The apt is dated and needs a little care. Shower base is moldy and needs repaired at the base.

A very nice apartment, ideally located and well presented.

Reception on arrival and departure could not have been better. The owners were extremely attentive but not intrusive. Plenty of facilities located nearby, e.g., supermarkets, restaurants, banks, etc. Local public transport most convenient and frequent. Surprisingly quiet at night. Would have no hesitation in returning.

Nice apartment but facilities disappointing, for the price better options available.

Unfortunately we did not have any hot water or WiFi for the duration of our stay and the air conditioning in the lounge did not work. Communication was a bit lacking over getting this sorted and although we were promised it would fixed after the first day this did not happen. Refund of cleaning fee given - £35 which did not seem enough in our opinion for the lack of services for the duration of our stay . Cold showers were not pleasant. Owner ignored our request for a further refund with no response.

Condo très propre et très bien situé face à la plage de Malaga. 5 minutes de la marina et nombreux restos. 15 min du centre historique. Bonne communication avec le proprio, malgré que le condo était vacant à notre arrivée 9:00 am après un vol de 6hres et décalage 6 heures nous avons dû débourser 80 pour avoir les clés @10:00 pour avoir accès au condo.

Fin leilighet med alt man trenger på ganske liten flate. 3 store soverom og 2 bad. Alt av utstyr. Veranda med utsikt til vannet/stranda. Ligger i et veldig fint område av Malaga. Fin strand med solsenger til leie ca 100 m fra leiligheten. Rolig strøk, selv om det går en vei vei rett utenfor. Kort vei til flott havneområde med restauranter og shopping. Ca 15 min å gå til gamlebyen. Veldig hjelpsomme verter. Anbefales!
