Back at home, stock up your fridge and prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, modern kitchen complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances and an intimate breakfast bar. Gather around the adjacent dining table for mealtimes or rainy day board games, or head out to your covered and furnished patio and fire up the gas grill to spice up your home-cooked menu! Outside, you'll also find an outdoor seating area cooled by dual ceiling fans and a grassy lawn ringed by a tall privacy hedge.

After days of adventure, return home and relax in your living area while you stream all your favorite TV channels into the evening.

This condo also includes a washer/dryer for your convenience and cooling central air-conditioning for your comfort.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
