As you step out of your vehicle, your lock box is located on your left on the garage door. This contains your garage door opener and suite key.

Access your suite via the garage, at the top of the stairs, open the door, and make a right into your suite. Enter into your home away from home. Your entrance door leads your bright and spacious newly renovated kitchen and dining area, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you will need during your stay.  Your coffee/wine bar houses, everything you need to get you going in the morning as well as all you need for a relaxing nightcap. Your kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge, utensils, and much more. You will find two welcoming bedrooms fitted with queen-size beds for your ultimate comfort. Our unit is complete with a newly renovated washroom, a stand-up shower, and a complete with a washer and dryer for your convenience.  

1 parking space is provided on the left of the driveway. Access to the suite via the garage. You will be provided with a lock box passcode to get the garage door opener and key to the suite.

The guest suite is located in the basement of a residential home. A family resides in the top portion of the home. You may hear the occasional bump and thud. Your unite is completely private. There is no shared access between the main home and basement suite except for the garage. There is central air that is controlled upstairs, so if you are feeling too hot or cold, just send a quick message for an easy adjustment.
You also have access to a smart TV. the Wi-Fi password will also be provided upon check-in.


Quiet neighborhood off highway 401 and Salem Rd. Located within close proximity to many stores, restaurants, and entertainment, including Ajax Downs and the Ajax Casino.
