The condo was so well appointed and comfortable with a nice walk to the village very simple. We also enjoyed the proximity to the Four Seasons which we visited for cocktails and breakfast. A great place that we hope to revisit.
Perfect location with parking. Right next door to the Four Seasons for amazing hot chocolate. Also, just a minute walk to the village. The apartment building is nothing fancy but the apartment was nicely decorated and suited our needs. The view of the mountain side out the window was beautiful. The only reason I give it a 3 star is because we were not notified of the water being turned off to the whole building on the morning we were checking out. We found out that it the job had been booked for months and that the plumbing would be out for a week. Needless to say, we weren't able to take showers, flush the toilets, brush our teeth, etc. Communication with the manager was good otherwise. And I was offered a half day refund on the room.
Great Location / Nice updated apartment. Second Bedroom bunk bed not very useful for teens or adults as celling is very close. Dishwasher did not work all week, owner very responsive and tried to get it fix but could not make it work. Elevator did not work for the first 2 days, had to carry luggage 5 floors not very pleasent...

Hello Gerardo, we appreciate your feedback. We wanted to inform you elevator was fixed and we installed brand new dishwasher.
Beautiful view! We were there during the summer months, wished the small deck would have been dolled up a little more than fold up chairs. We love sitting outside in the crisp mountain air!
This property was perfect for my family on our summer vacation. It is perfectly located between Vail Village and Lionshead, and parking at the properly was very easy. The unit itself is clean and has everything you would need for your stay, such as linens, kitchen stuff, towels, w/d, paper goods and internet. It is a corner unit with a nice balcony that has a terrific view of the mountain. Check-in and check-out was seamless, and the property manager is very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
Amazing furnishing and quality interior design. Was super happy with everything and would recommend to anyone! Location was perfect.

Alberto, it was pleasure to host you and your family. We always enjoy having families in our apartment. All the best and we hope to see you next season.
We just checked out of this condo after spending our spring break vacation in Vail. I will start off by saying communication with Peter was top notch! He is extremely responsive and easy to work with. Check in was a breeze. The unit is overall very clean, has comfortable furniture and all of the items you need in a kitchen. There is a ton of storage space in the kitchen! We prepared all but 3 meals during our stay and had everything we needed. The unit was very well stocked with all necessary supplies - blow driers in each bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The location is perfect - equal distance between Vail Village and Lionshead… just about a 5-10 min walk to each. It was super easy to walk into town. My one recommendation if you’re going during ski season is to rent a locker at the base of Gondola One in Vail Village to avoid having to carry your gear through the village each day. It was a lifesaver! We used Vista Bahn Ski Storage.
The master bedroom is a comfortable size with a firm king mattress, although there is not a lot of storage. The second bedroom, while a nice size, has interesting sleeping arrangements. We have 2 teenagers, and only one could comfortably sleep in the 2nd bedroom, as the top bunk is pretty much unusable as it it so close to the ceiling. I would recommend it for smaller children, but not full-size adults. The trundle is another option, but requires rolling up the carpet in order to use.
The other thing to note is that while the bedrooms have double-paned glass, it was noisy in the morning with the unit backing onto Frontage Road. It could be due to the Vail bus route being altered due to COVID, but I'm not sure if that's normal.
Additionally, I think the listing needs to be amended to exclude pool and spa. While the property has privileges at Aria Athletic Club, it has been closed due to COVID since March 2020 and based on their Facebook page, they are closed permanently.
Overall, this is a very nice unit, probably better suited for 3 people or families with 2 small kids, centrally located and tastefully appointed. We had a great vacation!
We loved the location and design of the unit. The only thing I would change is to have more drawers in the master. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked and Peter was great. Appreciated that we could order Groceries ahead of time!! Love the twin over full bunk with trundle for our 3 teen boys.
The property has been updated recently and is very nice and clean. The location is great. It’s a short easy walk to Vail Village and right next door to the Four Seasons. The pictures of the condo are a bit deceiving as it’s smaller than it looks online. Our group of 6 (two adults), 3 college age, and 13 year old were comfortable though we didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo. The pool/spa is over a mile away, it’s not on site. Peter is a great host - very willing to communicate and assist in any way possible.
We loved our rental unit in Vail and our entire 5 day stay. Our family of 4 found this condo to be plenty of room. The modern decor, amazing views and proximity to to Vail and Lionshead made it a 10. Peter assisted in our white water rafting trip and our mountain bike rentals. He was very accessible in discussing restaurants and other fun activities. I hope this becomes an annual summer trip for us!
