La Altamira, a traditionally residential neighborhood. Located at the foot of the Pichincha volcano. The Pesantesco passage is an exceptionally quiet place in central Quito. La Mañosca is a main and commercial avenue with easy access to taxis, urban transportation and others such as Uber.
