This is a very well-stocked and family-friendly house! The fenced back yard and covered porch is amazing for children! We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood.

The house was just as advertised. Cute neighborhood and very convenient for all we wanted to do. We could walk to Fritz Farm for dinner out the back gate. Super easy. Good parking, great fenced back yard and rear porch. Comfortable home with all you would need for a few day stay.

Beautiful home. Stayed over Easter to visit my son who attends UK. Host was wonderful. Quick response. Let me check in half hour early which was nice after driving 6 hours from out of state. Clean and spacious house. Outside sitting area and fenced in yard were very enjoyable. Super nice to have 2 bathrooms:) Thank you! Xo

This home was very clean and well stocked and the amenities were very nice. The beds were so comfortable, and we loved the tv and backyard too! Host responsiveness was quick and helpful, especially when there was a wind-related power outage in the middle of the night. We liked how easy it was to get to the shopping at The Summit, and how quiet the neighborhood was. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Overall great experience, some of the drawers were dated/loose, so we had to remeber yo open gingerly. we would have liked a knife sharpener. The host was great and provided additional seating for a couple larger dinners with the kids and grandkid.

BreyerFest!

This was a perfect property for our weekend in Lexington. The nearby shopping and restaurants was an added plus. The air was cold, the water was hot and it was perfect for the 5 of us.
