This professionally decorated oceanfront townhome offers tranquil luxury in the heart of Surf City, NC. The private beach access is just steps from the door. Dining and shopping are within walking distance. The marina and pier are a short drive. The first and second floors have private open decks overlooking the white sandy beach. The top floor ''Captain's Quarters'' is an exclusive, private master suite with ocean, beach, and island views for miles! The master suite has a king-size bed, a twin-size day bed, and an ensuite master bath. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a private deck. The third bedroom has a full-size bed, and a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top. This townhome can sleep 10. A smart TV is located in the living room and each bedroom. The kitchen and eating areas are great for family meals. The split HVAC system allows each room its own temperature control. A gas grill with propane is provided.

The Marine Corps brought us to the area in 2010. We retired from the Marine Corps in 2019 and stayed. We live a short drive from Surf City and owning a house on the beach was a dream of ours for years. This townhome is a big investment for us and we are excited to share it with guests from all over. We want you to enjoy your stay, make many wonderful memories, and make our beach house your go-to beach vacation spot.
Why they chose this property
We enjoy this part of Topsail Island because shopping, dining, and church are within walking distance. There are two playgrounds a short drive from our beach house. This part of the beach is spectacular!
What makes this property unique
This home was built and designer-furnished in 2023. The ocean views are amazing and the private beach access is just steps away.
