Expected a little better from a high end property
I want to leave a balanced review. There were good and not so great things. The view and location is very good. For a high end property we had however expected a little bettter. The management company was very good and responsive to the issues we ran into. The unit has a nice updated interior. With all hard surfaces however you could hear every noise from the kitchen, patio or bath in every part of the unit. The guest bathroom fan was also extremely loud. Outside of the managements control there was also construction on the unit below every day including the weekend. We also had numerous maintenance issues. One with the AC not working and leaking water that took 3 days to resolve. The living room and dinning room floor was dirty on arrival but was likely due to the carpet having to be removed due to the AC water leak. The management company did respond quickly for the clean up. The door lock also was a problem. The code did not work and had to text the management team to get a new code every time we entered for the 1st 3 days then the lock code stopped working altogether. We had to use a key and the method for unlocking with a key was not typical and very quirky. The management company was gracious and provided a gift certificate for the inconvenience that was worth just above 1/3 of 1 nights stay.
