with hot tub, sunloungers and an alfresco dining area.

Great house, exactly as shown

This house was in a good neighborhood, well appointed and clean. Close to championsgate. A/C worked well, pool clean, kitchen very workable to make large meals. Good parking. Would stay here again.

Not as advertised and amenities broken - AC stuck on heat, theatre did not have sound (was not fixed during week stay); heated pool did not work, hot water in bathrooms not hot. 3 companies confused about who was responsible to handle/fix something. The local company was responsive when we finally reached them, but don't try to get anything done on a weekend.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the AC, theatre sound system, heated pool, and hot water. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been, especially while trying to coordinate between multiple companies. We also regret any confusion regarding responsibility and the delays you encountered over the weekend. Your comments are extremely important to us, and we are reviewing what happened internally to ensure better communication and faster resolution times moving forward.
