This newly remodeled mini-mansion design home, in a safe gated airpark neighborhood and well experienced pilots (FA40) are welcomed.

Private boat dock available on the gulf, to dock your boat!

It is equipped with the top of the line appliances and kitchen tools. Not suitable for any pets/animals. No animals highly allergic sorry.

Super comfortable beds, cloud sectional, seat 10 guests, very comfortably, dining for 10 +, breakfast tables, bar in dining area, one high chair, every bedroom has a smart tv, game rooms, BBQ grill, and so much more.

Again! Private boat dock available 9 miles away!

Many famous and beautiful golf courses and beaches nearby.

Also if you have 4 persons or less for total, please contact me for discount.

Wonderful house with a warm and inviting host. We had 4 adult couples and had plenty of room to spread out. The listing is as it is pictured. Huge island in kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of off street parking. The highlight of the trip was seeing a small plane driving down the street!

Great house for our family reunion!

This house had it all - five nice bedrooms with 4 kings and a queen size bed, beds were very comfortable, 4 1/2 bathrooms, HUGE family room and kitchen with an attached game room, very nice screened outdoor area with a pool. Great communication with the host throughout. Very clean, nice amenities including an upgraded Keurig coffee machine. We stayed a week and the home and location were perfect. Highly recommend!!.

This house offers all the best amenities, lots of space for multiple families, extremely clean, comfortable beds, huge sofa for 10 people, indoor outdoor kitchens, cooled pool on 100 degree days, awesome removable fence around the pool for toddlers not to fall in, secure gates on the stairs, high chair, portable crib, toilet paper, paper towels and soaps included, youtube tv, owner communication above and beyond, great location, HIGHLY recommend this home!

Wonderful time, unique experience!

This house was equipped with everything we needed (except toothbrushes and clothes :-) Deborah was a super host for sure! She goes out of her way to make you feel at home. All new modern interior, warm pool, very comfortable beds (slept very well). It's an awesome area. We saw small planes driving down the roads, how cool is that! There were deer walking around and quiet woods in the backyard. I'm looking forward to staying here again!

We chose this neighborhood, because it gives the pilots a place to bring their family and friends. Even Non-pilots who want to get away and enjoy the amazing natural parks, amusement parks, golf, local entertaining, Gulf of Mexico and so much more.

What makes this property unique

This is a specially designed house and very clean! A pilot community, great golfing nearby, beaches are 5 miles plus, etc. As you see the photos everything is new and amazing beds!
