Great property/vacation

The property was perfect for 4-5 adults as everyone had their own bedroom. We visited for two-nights of the DMB concert at SPAC and it was a very short Uber to the venue. In addition, it's also very close to Saratoga Springs downtown area and the racetrack. Lovely, quite neighborhood.

Check in was seamless. WiFi strong and worked throughout and back yard. Easily walked to most attractions including a day at the horse races. Stairs a little steep but for a youngster of 74 did just fine. Wonderful area. Walked all over. Thank you for your hospitality!! Would love to return!

Perfect location, 1mile from Track and 1 mile from town. The house was welcoming with plenty of guest rooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms a well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room to get together with friends and coffee. There was also a washer and dryer if needed. Saratoga Springs was easy to walk to with a variety of great restaurants.

We needed a property for eight gentleman who were going to spend the weekend at Saratoga race track. This property was perfect for our needs. It was easy to get to the track and get back home. The property was clean and well kept. Manon was a great host. And we would go back again for sure

Reunion at the races!

The location is perfectly situated away from the madness of downtown but close enough to enjoy all the local attractions. Beautiful home for a large group, minutes from the track

We rented Michael's house to host a bachelorette of 12 girls because our bride wanted to go to the track for the weekend. It was the perfect fit and location! The house was so clean when we arrived. We were a minute from the track, driving and a few minutes from the center of town. It was in a beautiful, family friendly neighborhood. We were supplied with a book that gave us grocery store locations, where to eat, things around the vicinity, etc. We had a fuse blow so we called the property manager. He was over within minutes to help us. Excellent customer service. We had all of the girls compliment on how we did such a good job picking a house. We felt very lucky to have stayed here and will definitely be recommending to others. We will absolutely be back again!

Great Track Season Rental

I do a golf/track trip to Saratoga with friends from college every July. This is the perfect house for our needs, with plenty of beds, plenty of room for air mattresses, and a great back deck. We will certainly be back next summer.
