About this property

Splash Resort, Lazy River Pool and on-site Water Park, Free Beach Service

This is a three bedroom, three bath, three balcony condo. It is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences to make your stay truly comfortable.

The living room has a sofa sleeper, two swivel chairs and an additional chair to comfortably seat six. It has a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV with Surround Sound and a JVC Stereo system. We keep a supply of DVD movies on hand for your enjoyment. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar seats an additional two. The queen size sofa sleeper allows this three bedroom unit to accommodate eight guests. We also have a pack n play available.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a high end mattress, and a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV. The en suite bath has a garden tub, separate walk in shower and double sinks in the granite vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, Samsung smart TV and DVD, and private ocean view balcony. The third bedroom is actually an efficiency apartment with king bed, lounge chair and ottoman, a 40" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. The kitchenette includes a table and chairs, microwave, small fridge and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a counter top ice maker. There is an en suite bath with garden tub. This efficiency can also be rented separately in the off season.

The primary fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has everything from a French door refrigerator to a microwave, electric griddle, crockpot, combo Keurig/Coffee pot, toaster and blender. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

The three balconies are all furnished, and directly gulf front. All three provide incredible views of Gulf Sunsets, and the beautifully landscaped pool area. Copy and paste the YouTube video link in your browser for a video of the main balcony.

Beautiful condo! The hosts were in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure that everything was going great. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It has amazing views! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook a few meals, and I really appreciated the handful of coffee pods that were there for our arrival. Im a very picky person and this place was absolutely perfection!!!! Perfect for my family of 5. Julie the owner is amazing to work with. Everything was beautifully clean and taken care of. Perfect access to beach the view is out of the world. We didnt need for anything as the home was stocked with toys, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs!!! We didnt have to buy any of that since there was some for us. Most places give you one sample and thats it. If you need a wonderful, COMFORTABLE, BEAUTIFUL, QUIET, PERFECT LOCATION THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!

This place had everything we needed. We stayed at the end of August so it may have been less busy than peak season which was great. The kids had a great time and we enjoyed the lazy river, the on site ice cream shop, and all the amenities! Would recommend for sure.
