Cozy and Quiet 2BR Stay @ Trees Residences

Clean and cozy 2BR with 200 Mbps Wifi, Netflix, Youtube Premium, stylish and comfy furniture. The unit is situated on the quiet side of the condominium complex.

Complimentary bottled drinking water is provided upon check-in. Extra sets of bedsheets and towels are provided for stays longer than 7 days, but can still be requested for shorter stays before check-in for a fee of 500 pesos.

A maximum of 4 guests is allowed per booking. IDs of every guest will be requested and submitted to the condo management office in advance to secure an Approved Guest Authorization.

Guests can use the swimming pools at an extra cost of 150 pesos per person on non-holidays and 300 pesos per person on holidays.
If parking is needed, please notify us in advance so we can help reserve a favorable spot. Overnight rate is 350 or 400 pesos per night, depending on the location, and payment will be settled with the respective parking owner.
