This upper level house has 3 bedrooms and is 2600 sq ft. VRBO does not have a category for a 2 level unit so this was listed as a complete house but know these two units are completely separated with different entries and also different door locks and codes.

Private entrance. Large living room with WiFi *see description below. Air Conditioning, 4 Internet TVs with Amazon and Netflix, & DVD player. Completely set up Kitchen. Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster and of course dishwasher and stove and oven. Lots of cooking and serving utensils. There's an area set up just for board games or cards. Everything you need to make this place yours for the time being. And because it is the former house of an artist family it is filled with Art from Montana Artists.

The complete house has just been painted and updated. Very fresh and clean.

There is one bathroom with a shower and tub. Also 3 separate bedrooms. One with a Queen Bed and one with a Double and one with a Single Bed. The sofa in the living room is a hide a bed.

There's a full kitchen but if you want to be taken care of McDonald's is one block away for breakfast and coffee. There are some wonderful restaurants close by. Your hostess is happy to be as involved in your Central Montana experience as you would like. She is just 2 houses away.

The parking in the driveway is reserved for the guests in the upper vacation rental.
You’ll have easy access to all town activities and amenities without that hotel feel or price.
The house is also Montana State Licensed and County Inspected so your final bill will reflect the 8% MT Bed Tax. Also your final bill will include the processing fee by VRBO.

After check out the $200 damage deposit will be credited back to you if there's no cigarette smoke, broiler use and/or house rules have been respected.

There are steps to the entrance so it is not wheel chair accessible.

Well-mannered dogs are welcome with prior permission, a $50 upgrade and your acceptance of house rules. You must bring your own dog bed or kennel. There are baby gates so you can keep your dog only on the linoleum.
Do Not let them on furniture or carpet and never leave your dog behind for any length of time. If you'll be attending an event where your dog will not be welcome please make arrangements for Doggie Daycare at Red Rover.
The very best dogs will have to mark their new territory when they smell other dogs. It’s their job.
Please respect these rules so as not to have your dog be the reason why I will have to ban future dog access.
