Welcome to our waterfront condo on beautiful Isla Del Sol, one of St. Petersburg's most desirable resort-style communities. Perfect for couples and longer stays, our fourth-floor condo offers panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway where you can relax on the private balcony while watching dolphins, boats, and unforgettable Florida sunsets.

Ideally located between downtown St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach, you'll be just minutes from Pass-a-Grille, Fort De Soto Park, excellent restaurants, golf courses, shopping, and I-275. Tampa International Airport is only about 30 minutes away, making travel easy.

Enjoy the private sandy beach just steps from the building, or take a short drive to some of Florida's most beautiful Gulf beaches. We provide beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella so you can simply relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to extended stays, and the spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size Casper mattress for a restful night's sleep.

Isla Del Sol is known for its peaceful atmosphere, beautifully maintained grounds, and 24-hour security. You'll have a reserved parking space, high-speed private Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with Roku, and we're local owners should you need assistance during your stay.

Please note: Our condo is best suited for adults and families with older children, as it has not been childproofed for infants or toddlers.

Longer stays welcome: Discounts are available for stays of 3–4 weeks from May through November. January, February, and March are rented by the month, and the displayed rates reflect those minimum stays.

Lovely condo right at the base of the bridge. Spent lots of time on the balcony watching boat traffic and lots of dolphins. Can't say enough about the host she made certain we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Condo is well stocked. Had a full closet of beach items to use as well. Over all a wonderful experience.

Amazing stay!

Our family of four stayed at this condo for two weeks and we absolutely loved it! The condo was spotlessly clean, had everything you would ever need and the location was excellent. The pool is lovely and heated and the beach felt very private. We would absolutely stay at this condo again, communication with the host was excellent before and throughout our entire vacation. Great family vacation get away

My wife and three old enjoyed our stay. The property was one of the best we have visited in this community. The condo had a great layout, nice furniture, quiet for our small family and security onsite. Amy was very attentive to our needs with our three year old. The host was more than accommodating and provided information about the area and things going on. The unit is well stocked, clean and comfortable for our stay. The views from the balcony as the sunset are breathtaking. Certainly recommend to stay at this property for a wonderful vacation. The host was always available to answer any questions we had and provided a lot of helpful information if and when we needed it! Everything at this property is as described. Clean, beautiful kitchen (with all needed amenities), great balcony, comfy bed, plenty of clothing drawers, hangers, big bathrooms….overall very nice. Amazing Home Away from Home

Beautiful condo in a beautiful area!! We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. The condo was exactly how the pictures show it, clean and maintained, beach accessories you can use, and we saw dolphins from the balcony multiple times! Amy is amazing to work with, always texting and emailing recommendations on things to do and places to eat. If you have any questions or concerns just send her a text and she replies quickly. Amy was a wonderful host. She made the entire process easy from start to finish. The property is an ideal location with stunning views and closeness to the pool and beach area. Couldn’t have been any more perfect.

The host, Amy is diligent with her communications and set us up for a great stay. Our family was looking for a two bedroom place, on the water, with a pool, and offered us a chance to fish from shore. This unit checked all of the boxes and more. The kitchen was well stocked for those times that we ate in, the internet worked flawlessly, the cable package was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. I probably wouldn’t do much if anything different if it was our own condo. The community was very well kept and quiet. Our stay truly was a week in paradise. Thank you Amy for allowing us to stay in your condo and enjoy everything the greater St. Petersburg has to offer.

We stayed for a week and it was a great experience! Amy, the host, was a 15 out of 10 in communication, checking in, guiding, and answering questions. Their place is clean, quaint, and has the perfect spot for watching beautiful sunsets, view of the beach, and dolphins! It’s a perfect spot from the elevator and trash. They keep you stocked with cooking utensils and needs, cleaning products, sheets, beach needs, blankets, and more! I can’t say enough good about Amy and their beautiful condo!

We just purchased the condo and have been really enjoying adding our personal touch. Both of us were born and raised in MI and have been gradually making our way south. We live in Tampa and wanted a vacation home that was a short distance away yet had a lot to do.

Why they chose this property

We just loved the location of this building on the intercoastal. So much to look at from the balcony. Most of the time we never have to leave because the beach and pool are right there. That's so convenient especially when you have a young child! We still have some more updating we'd like to do but it can be done over time.

What makes this property unique

After we purchased it we made some changes so there's newer paint, lights, fans etc. Plus new small appliances, dishes, plates, utensils, sheets and towels. If you want to make major meals the kitchen has you covered! If you want to order out we have suggestions.
This condo feels like a quaint cozy retreat yet provides an ideal location for exploring.
