Winter Golf trip...

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Highly recomended. Ask about the golf membership. Got out to play a few times a week and the course is excellent. Great condition and it is managed extremely well. This condo was very nice and everything we expected. Photos are accurate. Owners easy to deal with too. We even became friendly with some of the neighbors.

VCC condo very nice

Condo at VCC very nice. Only complaint was oven was not cleaned and refrigerator was not cleaned or emptied and wiped out..had expired food/condiments/opened used ice cream and old hot dog buns/bread in freezer..that was a disappointment.. we threw everything out and cleaned it and cleaned the oven inside….After that our stay was great!

We are originally from Michigan but have resided in Colorado for over 24 years! Love the 300 days of sunshine! We are now retired from medicine and really like to use the Naples condo in”low” season- April and May! The condo is very comfortable!
Recent updates include kitchen, bathrooms, furniture and paint! Very comfortable and homey! With the Recent increases in fees, we are offering economic assist with the condo fees .

Why they chose this property

Vanderbilt Country Club is known for its golf course, upkeep and management. The community is smaller than many in the area. We are a bundled golf community. Very pleasant and friendly! Brand new main pool, bocce courts, tennis, outdoor furniture and landscaping. Resort atmosphere includes 2 restaurants and a bar and grill, outdoor seating at both restaurants. Everything is in walking distance, special entertainment included in the community . It is beautifully landscaped throughout the community, offers entertainment, classes, activities!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is around 1500 sq feet, including the enclosed -not just screened- lanai. We spend most of our time in the lanai! Leaving the slider doors open allows the AC to reach it and it faces the 11 hole tee boxes! We have added new furniture to the lanai, very comfortable and light, has a ceiling fan, delightful area for cocktails!
