Inside your villa, the sun seems to shine effortlessly. It is freshly painted with new furniture and appliances, with a new HVAC in 2023. The open living room lends itself to pleasant movie streaming on the soft seating. Steps from here, the full kitchen presents a lovely space to play chef amidst the blue cabinetry, ample meal prep space, and stainless steel appliances. A stackable washer/dryer is also available in this space.

A good night's rest is prioritized in the bedroom, adorned with nautical mementos, soft linens, and fantastic views. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the sofa bed in the living room. Central air-conditioning, internet access, and a balcony tie together the stellar list of amenities.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
