Amazing location on a canal with a private dock. Bring your boat and/or PWC's! 2 Kayaks, 3 SUPs, 3 bikes & more available to use. Enjoy the beach, fishing and sunsets on the bay in a great neighborhood!
This property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living area with comfortable furnishings and board games to enjoy with family and friends.
This waterfront home is complete with a deck, furnishings, umbrella and gas grill. Sit back and enjoy some cold drinks in the sea air.
The beach is a short walk away. Enjoy all of the fun at the boardwalk by car with just a short drive or by bus which picks you up and drops you off just a short walk away. LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED! There are local linen supply companies you can hire if not bringing your own.
WE DO NOT HAVE A POOL! Some have filtered "pool" and our property showed up. This is a VRBO issue.

OC Summer Vacation 2024

We had a great time staying on the water, the house was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations, everything was clean and well maintained, a short walk to the beach, or there was plenty to do without even leaving the house.

Absolutely perfect!!! House was very clean and we had everything we needed or wanted for our week stay. I brought down 2 Yamaha waverunners and the private dock on the canal proved to be perfect and very convenient for lots of fun! House had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Many water and beach accessories to take advantage of during our stay. We went out to eat a few times and cooked in the rest of the time. Kitchen was well equipped and grill on an amazing deck was perfect accommodations. We also enjoyed the beach every day as it was a short easy walk. House is on a quiet street with very friendly welcoming neighbors. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. From prior to check in, to check out, our entire stay was seamless. The hosts are very friendly and are very responsive. The location is great, near a lot of good eateries and fun spots. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed to cook, plus the grill. The space was perfect with the 3 bedrooms for our two families. We loved hanging out by the canal, fishing and paddleboarding (especially at sunrise and sunset!). A good amount of supplies for the beach. The beach is a short walk away, the longest amount of time being spent waiting for the "walk" light across coastal highway. Overall, an excellent stay. We would return in the future!

We had a great experience staying at this property! It was very clean and well taken care of, and communication with the owner was excellent—responsive and friendly throughout our stay. The location was also super convenient for everything we wanted to do.One thing to note: I either overlooked it or it wasn’t clearly highlighted in the listing, but tenants are required to rent linens separately if they want sheets and towels. It would’ve been helpful to have that more prominently displayed. That said, everything else about the stay was wonderful, and we’d definitely consider returning!

Perfect! 5/5 stars!

We couldn’t have found a nicer place! There was room for seven of us to comfortably sleep, hang out, eat, etc. The house looks nondescript from the outside, but once inside you will find everything you need. Outback is a large deck with very comfortable furniture, right on the canal. Beautiful sunsets! Kayaks, sups, beach chairs and umbrellas. Outside shower. 1 1/2 block from beach. Parking for three cars. It was PERFECT for meeting up with family coming from three different states.
