Great communication with the host and the property was exactly as advertised. This was an ideal base of operations while we explored the area around Fairbanks.
My husband, daughter and I stayed here while we did a college visit at UAF. This place is a nice, clean place to stay. We slept well and had quiet down time each night after seeing the town all day. Check in/out were simple and communication was great. Will consider staying here again if my daughter chooses UAF.
This unit is very nice! From the outside, the dwelling looks a bit tired and the neighborhood looks sketchy. But when you enter the unit, it is wonderful! A nice living area, a functional and well stocked kitchen and two bedrooms with comfortable beds. The television uses Roku so you may need to download the Roku app on your phone so you can watch your streaming services. The host responded quickly to the few questions that I had.I highly recommend this VRBO if you are in town for a few days.
Our stay was awesome. We were 4 adults...only issues we had were, steps were a little steep, but I am old. Thought both beds were queens so daughters were snug in the bed as one is only a double. Toilet paper for number of adults and days we stayed was sparse. Dishwasher is not attached so when you open it up it will move. Met the tenant downstairs, super nice guy. Overall we LOVED it and would definitely recommend!
Perfect accommodations for our visit to Fairbanks! Host was friendly, communicated well, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great home, very comfortable!
This was the perfect spot for a stay in Fairbanks. Centrally located, updated interior, close to parks for dog walks, well equipped kitchen and bath. It was cozy and comfortable and exactly what we were looking for.
Property exceeded my expectations. Unit was modern/updated, beds were very comfortable and owner was local and very responsive to any questions. Place was within 10 minutes of all sights within Fairbanks. Very convenient. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.
Very nice location and amenities. Had a minor issue that was resolved in a couple of hours (faucet malfunctioned)! Easy access and felt like I was in the neighborhood back home! I would stay here again!
We were in town to visit our son in the military and this place was perfect. We stay at the house one day and played games. The house had everything we needed.
It was a wonderful stay. Very convenient and comfortable. Even though it was extremely cold outside we made the best of it and had a great time! The apartment had all the amenities we needed.

Hi there, my name is sandy. I have lived in fairbanks, actually north pole alaska for many years, 25. I love this state and there is a ton of things to do. You will love this home over a hotel all day!! Let me take care of your lodging needs, with an alaska feel. I was born and raised in washington state on a dairy farm and love the fact there are no dairy cows in fairbanks, i do miss the real milk though!!
