Clean Safe Comfortable Housing - Cozy Cottage

Convenient Little Rock location is far enough from UALR and downtown to enjoy some down time but close enough to enjoy all the restaurants, bars, and activities these two hot spots have to offer.

Our cozy home offers two bedrooms (both with new queen sized beds!) as well as tv's for your rest and relaxation. The quaint living room offers a large couch which doubles as a sofa bed allowing 2 additional guests, a reclining chair, and 36in. Smart TV so there is plenty of room for your group to stretch out. The kitchen is fully supplied with cookware and dishes for a quick breakfast before you head out for the day or even a nice evening meal if you are staying in (Kroger's grocery store is nearby).
