Our family stayed during Christmas week 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Hosts were very attentive sending us multiple messages during the week to check in. We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the game room, indoor pool, and theater room! The holiday decor was also very festive.
We brought quite a few pool toys to enjoy with the indoor pool.
Several games of Mario Kart and Mario Party were enjoyed.
A few nights of billiards were played

A beautiful home with amazing views! It had all of the amenities you could ask for… Movie, theater, swimming pool, hot tub, and a stocked kitchen. The owners were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Check-in was easy. Would love to return!

Absolutely Amazing! Everything from their communication, check in, additional information about places to see, we can not say enough about it. They were awesome. Even though we only stayed 3 nights, they made us feel like we belonged there and not just some strangers staying at their house. We will be going back for a longer stay. When I first seen their pictures of the view, I thought to myself these cant be actual photos. I was wrong. Delta Dawn is priceless.

The house and mountain views are beautiful! The photos and descriptions of the house on VRBO are well done and accurate. The house did NOT disappoint. The house was well equipped, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay special. The hosts are the best and answered any questions we had during our stay promptly! The house is convenient to grocery stores and any other things one may need. I highly recommend this home and hosts when staying in the Sevierville-Pigeon Forge area!

The communication with the hosts was great, but it doesn't make up for the issues we had. The cleanliness of the cabin fell very short. Floors were filthy we had to ask them to come and clean them again which they did with a cloth and a broom which did not clean them, our feet/socks were still black from the floors. The kitchen did not have normal things you would expect like spatula and spoons for cooking. The house has an infestation of the asian ladybugs (we killed hundreds while we were there - they are in every room so good luck sleeping if you don't like bugs!) and there are ants in the basement. Can't play pool because all of the pool sticks have broken tips. Pool was not heated as advertised it was freezing cold and unusable for the end of December. Trash was still there from someone prior to us and there was no trash pickup during the week we were there, so be careful about how much trash you accumulate during your stay, especially with a family getaway like us with 8 people. Overall very disappointed with our stay given what we paid and how perfect all the previous reviews were.

The pictures for this house don’t do its justice! The hosts are outstanding the house is very clean, beds are super comfortable and I could go on and on about this. The hosts we had were truly the amazing part they were very helpful in telling us about the area and making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend them!!!!

Relaxing stay in the Smokey’s

We can’t begin to say how much we loved this cabin! Plenty of things to keep the whole family occupied! Our littles loved the pool and hot tub and even enjoyed a movie in the theatre room! The cabin was very accommodating and prepped for some great family time.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We had the most amazing stay! From the stunning views from every level, beyond comfortable beds, large bathrooms in every bedroom, deep pool, and awesome movie room - we never wanted to leave! The hosts were so fast to respond and provided a welcome packet that had us feeling like we knew exactly what to expect on our visit! We will absolutely be staying here again!!!

We had the best vacation here! The kids loved the game room and indoor pool. The theater was very comfortable and had the best surround sound! It was so nice having the kid’s bedrooms on the game room level, they played all night together. The proximity to all that Pigeon Forge had to offer was just right, not too far but just enough to get away into the mountains! Thank you to the hosts for being readily available for any of our questions!

Friends and family fun

We reunited with friends and had an amazing weekend. The cabin was so much fun with teenage boys; the games, pool and theater room kept everyone occupied. The beds slept great and the view was spectacular! We recommend this property to anyone wanting lots of space and lots of fun!
