We stayed here as we had family in town for graduation. We all loved it! The house itself was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. And the views/property - nothing short of spectacular. Great location, too, as not far out of town. Highly recommend.
Loved the house, the space, the layout, and the wonderful yard. Saw deer almost everyone we looked out. It sat in an amazing elevated spot surrounded by Mountain View’s and even a private pond right in the back. The kids and adults all loved the house and all the cozy places to sit and enjoy the views from inside and out.
It was home run from the views to the comfort of the home. Our host communicated in a very quiet manner. We would definitely recommend any family to see and enjoy the 360 view
We were "at home" on Trooper Trail from the minute we walked through the door! Spacious house, stunning views, awesome time with family and friends! The house was well equipped...had ever thing we needed. The hot tub was great too! We loved this home! Great place for fantastic family vacation. And Bozeman was AMAZING! ❤️
While I am reluctant to brag about this wonderful place because I wish to keep it to myself, I must acknowledge that it has undoubtedly been the BEST location and residence we have ever experienced while cherishing precious family moments together. The interior design offered privacy for everyone, and the exterior provided the most tranquil and picturesque settings. Rather than taking advantage of the tourist attractions available in Bozeman, we favored the peaceful serenity of this charming home. I sincerely hope and pray that the owner permits our family to return next year!

Thank you so much for your comments and we are so glad you loved staying at the house! We enjoyed having you as well.
This big house was fun, quirky, and just right for our family. The views of the mountains from every window was something I will never forget. The howling wind blew in 10 inches of snow and we could not have been happier. Snow plows were quick to plow. We hope to stay in the summer to enjoy the other season of this home.
The hot tub was a great addition after ski days!

Amazing views
A beautiful property with amazing views. Pros: The views, pond, and hot tub, lots of different nooks and rooms to spread out, well equipped kitchen, games, easy to get into town. Cons: Some of the furniture was pretty worn, the mattresses were old and soft, screens were broken (flies came in), outdoor shower needs work. The cleaning crew came an hour before check out so I hope that this is coordinated better for the next guests. Thanks for a great stay.
My extended family had the opportunity to stay at this vrbo this summer to celebrate my mom turning 70. It was absolutely perfect! The location/house has a stunning view. The property comfortably accommodates many people. There are several different places to have "hang out" time, but also some private nooks for more intimate conversations. The communication with both the owner and property manager were out of this world incredible. We want to go back there again! This is a MUST for your family!!
this was our 2nd Christmas week @ 9115 Trooper Trail in Bozeman, MT. We selected the home because of the ability to accommodate a large group & accept pets. The home lives up to every expectation. this year, what a welcome relief to see the plow arrive after a significant snowfall, the driveway is a bit steep. altogether it was a terrific week, we enjoyed ourselves. the home has an on-call property manager who responds promptly.

Thank you so much for your return visit And the wonderful review. We appreciate your business.
The property location and vistas are the best. Pond provided lots of fun, especially when the hot tub was working. Maintenance was poor. No electric in upstairs bedroom, window operator in FR inoperable, grass very high, recycle piled high and uncollected, trim board under window in FR on the floor, many Adirondak chairs broken, oven filthy, hot tub worked then not at all.

Accommodation worked great!
Cook top and oven need replacing! Could use a ceiling fan in upper bedroom. Some of the outdoor furniture was very flimsy 2 chairs broke from just sitting in them.
Overall experience was fantastic! Would be hard to find location with better views, 360• vista! Very convenient to town and all activity while begin far enough away to get away from croweds.
Did not have to go shopping for immediate necessities, was very well stock with paper products cleaning supplies cooking supplies etc...
Slept 10 people very comfortably 12 would be a stretch but could work with the sleeper sofas.
Overall experience was Great would rent again!!!

Well appointed house on outskirts of town with great views
If you are looking for a large house on the outskirts of Bozeman, this is a great choice. It is in a beautiful location about 10 minutes south of town. Views from the house are spectacular. Easy to get into Bozeman (once you drive it the first time). Well appointed with almost anything you could want. Extremely spacious with more sitting rooms, in addition to the bedrooms, than you could ever imagine using. In good winter weather, it is about 30 minutes to Bridger Bowl (well kept secret where the locals ski), 60 minutes to Big Sky and just under 2 hours to West Yellowstone. Would recommend 4 WD vehicle in winter or you might not be able to even get into the driveway if there is heavy snow/winds. We did not have any issues but glad 4 WD was recommended to us. Would choose this again without a hesitation.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write and we are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay! We would love to have you back.
The house was incredibly spacious with plenty of room for our group of 11 to spread out. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor area is amazing, with breathtaking 360 degree views. Great location with easy access to downtown Bozeman and the university. Overall, this was an ideal place for us to celebrate some family milestones.
The views from this property are nothing short of exquisite.
First time visiting Montana and I would say I hit the jackpot with this Home and the neighborhood. Stunning! The home was clean and very “homey,” there were tons of amazing books to read about the city of Bozeman, hiking trails, scenic drives to do; I can’t think of anything this house did not provide. I’m a city girl with two young children and we could not have enjoyed this easy-going, laid back environment any more. It was glorious and we will be bringing more friends and family back!
We enjoyed the location and amenities a lot! The only downside was that the property was not very clean upon arrival (dirty floors and used cookware in the oven, among others). Overall a good property to stay at and we would stay again.
The house was perfect for a large group. Plenty of space to congregate or get away to a corner. Plenty of appropriate ammenities. The property manager was very responsive to a couple of issues we had during our stay
The house was simply amazing! The pictures do not due justice because 1. the views were beautiful everywhere you turned (inside and outside (especially the pond)), and 2. the vibe of the property brought so much peace and allowed everyone to decompress and be in the moment. And the location was perfect, it felt like you were secluded, but was conveniently located so close to downtown Bozeman.
On the inside everything was perfect. There was so much space, the decor was exactly how you would imagine a MT house looking like, and the amenities provided to be very resourceful.
Also, the hot tub + the sunset = surreal
Overall, this is the type of place that I would come to on an annual basis! Don’t be hesitant to book.
The house easily accommodated the 8 of us who were in Bozeman for my granddaughter's wedding. Comfortable beds, a kitchen well-stocked with the basics and more, large bath towels, large dining table for meals, nice
fireplace etc. After the Saturday wedding, 5 flew home on Sunday. Monday morning we awoke to snow, and were essentially snowbound due to high drifts on the driveway. The property manager was on the ball getting plowing done that day, despite the winds. Tuesday, a final plowing allowed us to go into town.
The views from this home are spectacular, whether green or white! We all loved our stay!
This property had some of the best views I have ever seen. The location was great and close enough to town to get anywhere in 15 minutes. The house was spacious and comfortable too.
