Welcome to the Shore Daze Villa @ Edgewater Beach Resort. This is a ground floor villa with two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps 8 max.

Inside, you'll find a gorgeous living area with Smart TV, sleeper sofa, seating, and a covered patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for meals, and you'll find plenty of seating at the table or extra seating at the bar area. The main bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and Smart TV. The second bedroom features two two queen beds, smart TV, and private bathroom attached. A washer and dryer plus free wifi round out the conveniences at Shore Daze.

Our villa is in the 2100 building, less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and lagoon pool, or a free tram can provide a ride anywhere on property.

A seasonally heated pool is close to our villa and just over the pedestrian bridge to the beach side of the resort, you'll find a spectacular lagoon pool with VIP chair rentals and cabana rentals, children's splash pad, and 4 hot tubs. Grab a bite or a drink at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Blender's Poolside Bar, or at Edgie's Corner Market featuring Starbucks and an ice cream parlor. Enjoy waverunner rentals, parasailing, and beach chair rentals on our beachfront.

For sports and fitness, Edgewater has a par 3 Executive 9-hole golf course and tennis/pickleball/shuffleboard and basketball courts. The club offers a great fitness center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

last minute stay in the perfect spot!

We needed a last minute vacation rental before our beach trip and this was the perfect place! Super responsive host, great location, very spacious condo and the walk to the lagoon pool was not bad -- about 7-10 mins if you've got little kids. The club for the gym was a short under 5 min walk from the condo and that was a really nice plus! Great gym! Lots of pools surrounding it, but we enjoyed the food service and little market for iced coffees that's down by the lagoon pool. We will definitely be back!

PCB Vacay

Came for my daughter’s dance competition and it was all perfect. The room was spotless when we arrived, the temperature in the villa was perfect when we arrived. The villa was completely filled with all the necessities needed for the week. The beds were super comfortable and the decor is simply beautiful. I booked for 2025 the 2nd day staying there and now that we are home I just added 3 more days! This is the best place to stay in PCB

Lovely condo

Beautifully equipped and clean condo. We've been to PCB before, but this was first time we were not beachfront. Loved the quiet setting from this unit. Beautiful pond with lots of wildlife. Quiet corner in back, but easily walkable to all amenities. One slight problem, but owner quickly responded & repair made within 24 hrs. Would definitely choose Shore Daze again.

We are Michael and Tracey, natives of Queens, New York, where we met in high school and married four years after graduation. We are now both military veterans with three wonderful children and five amazing grandchildren.

In 2020, while experiencing cabin-fever from the pandemic, we visited Panama City Beach on the recommendation of a friend. It was love at first (Gulf) sight, and it wasn't long before we were the proud owners of our Emerald Beach property and then added our Edgewater property. Shortly after, we knew Panama City Beach should be our forever home, and we are now permanent PCB residents. We are excited to offer our beautiful properties for others to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Our villa is ideally located just a few steps from the beach. The huge lagoon pool at Edgewater is the most beautiful in Panama City Beach--with a full service restaurant and an array of cocktails from a full bar right beside it--a 9-hole golf course, Surf Shop, Starbucks and more, there is no place in PCB that is comparable to Edgewater.
