Bbq new but had empty propane tank. I had stop cooking dinner buy a tank. Daugther was cut on leg fr
Enjoyed grassy area and inclosed patio.Home was spacious and offer all neccsary cooking assentials. The smell of horses could present problem in summer
We came here with family and it was beautiful ! We were all very happy with the layout of the house, the space it provided, and the horses outside our door steps! We definitely would stay here again!
We really enjoyed our stay, any issue was promptly addressed. Could use a bit of tlc, house was clean, spacious. I would have loved a bit more family feel, but that's my personality.
We stayed here the night before and the night of my daughter’s wedding. There was lots of space to fit everyone and the location was super close to the venue at The Orchard. We didn’t use the pool or jacuzzi, but the hot tub was right on the patio which would have been perfect if we had the time! The screened in porch was nice to keep flies out. Overall, it was a great find!
House was massive, had a great time, but beds were a little uncomfy.
No big complaints!

Overall stay was ok
Overall, our stay was decent. The house was clean, spacious, and had plenty of parking, which we really appreciated. The playroom in the garage was a fun bonus and definitely a highlight for us.One of the main reasons we chose this property was the jacuzzi, but unfortunately, we didn’t end up using it due to an unexpected 50 heating fee. There were also a few issues during our stay. The door lock ran out of battery, so we weren’t able to lock the home when we were going out, which was a big safety concern. I reached out to the property manager, who said someone would come by to fix it, but no one ever did.The fridge was also beeping nonstop due to a filter issue, it wasn’t loud enough to disrupt our sleep, but still something that should be addressed. Communication with the property manager was slow via chat/message, would take a few hours and we had to call directly to get a timely response.Hopefully, these issues can be resolved for future guests.
A totally misleading description of the property and MANY non-disclosed issues. (Photos and write-up attached) IMMENSE MANURE ODOR - Smells like manure due to the horse farm on the property. We arrived on Thursday at 4pm, and immediately noticed the pool was half-full of stagnant, dirty water with debris floating all over the surface of the pool. There was no filter running to keep it clean. Also, this pool is a soft-sided pop-up pool next to the adjacent house. The hot tub on the veranda also did not have enough water in it to turn it on safely, so this was also unusable. We reached out via email with those concerns along with 3-4 others that I will touch on later, and received an email back stating that “we are taking immediate steps to ensure these issues are corrected.” In the following 4 days of our stay, NOTHING was done to address ANY of the concerns, so we ended up leaving the property a day early, and NEVER HEARD another word from anyone associated with the property.Beyond that, as we went throughout our stay, we continued to find things that were in disrepair, or malfunctioning, but couldn’t bring it up with anyone since no one ever came to address our initial concerns. 1.) UNUSABLE POOL as mentioned above2.) UNUSABLE HOT TUB as mentioned aboveI only have 1500 characters allowed in this review so the full write up can be found in the 1st and 2nd photos below...And with all of the issues listed...NOTHING was offered to make this right!
It was a great house the pool was not available as we thought it would be so we were unable to use it. Also there were no extra garbage bags. But other than that it was great would rent again.
The home is lovely and clean. The pool is not heated and on the property, but there is no seating (it also had some leaves and stuff in it probably due to where it’s located) so I wouldn’t book this if you’re looking to enjoy the pool. The enclosed patio is great although the hot tub had an excessive amount of bubbles and I ended up with a rash. We enjoyed watching the horses on the property and even saw some little bunnies. It has a great layout and all the bedrooms are cute and my bed was comfy. It could use a bigger and more comfortable couch and dining seating. It could sleep a family or group and it’s an inviting place to just relax.
House was well kept but it was literally next to a horse ranch that wasn’t explained. Pool wasn’t an accessible area and hot tub was dirty. Tried to communicate with property manager but once I made the complaints there wasn’t much communication.
The property was lovely. Needs a little TLC but lovely. Personally, for a 5 I would have liked a small welcome basket with a few snacks and drinks. When you have had a long travel day and then have to go to the grocery store, it's a bummer. Also, a list of what's around on paper would have been great for us non-techy people.
Beds a little uncomfortable but all made up for the response time on communications that I had sent up to our stay (and I'm sure I had more then the average person).
Sadly the hot tub did not get hot enough on the one we hoped to use it and I didn't see the rules of no "gatherings" until after I booked. We were in for my mother's funeral and had many, many out of town people. Not a huge deal because we just relocated the dinner and after memorial gathering. That again, is likely due to the fact that I'm a first timer.
thank you.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
A nice house but could be nicer
I’ll start with the positives: The house is spacious, we really liked the screened porch, being next to the horses was quaint, check-in was easy, plenty of parking, the gate made the place feel secure. Some suggestions:The place needs a professional cleaning. It wasn’t filthy, but dust on the ceiling fans and crumbs in the couch cushions are signs of a less than thorough cleaning job. Again, it was adequate, but if using this as a rental is a full time investment, then it needs a proper clean on a regular basis. Most rentals have storage bags or containers for leftovers. Most rentals have shampoo and soap in the showers. This one did not. Most rentals have a book or a printed page at the door with instructions on how things work in the house… take the time and make one. The big negatives: One of the shower doors came off. The dishwasher isn’t properly secured. The hot tub wasn’t properly chlorinated. These are big safety issues that need to immediately be addressed. Cabinet doors weren’t attached on some kitchen cabinets. Water pressure was very low. Half of the hot tub jets didn’t work. When I reached out to the owner, it was hours before a response came. Conclusion: Overall we enjoyed ourselves, but changes need to be made to get a five star review. The owner did say they were going to fix the items I posted here. I guess the next renter to review this house will have to let us know if improvements were made.
