Peaceful family time.

Clean, well stocked, and peaceful atmosphere. We played Boggle and enjoyed coffee on the porch. Trips to Ellicottville for dinner and tubing rounded out a great time! Would stay again!

Great cabin for a weekend at Holiday Valley!

We loved everything about Mary Kate’s place! It was super clean and very cozy. We had more than enough space for 6 adults. The comfy beds were perfect after a long day on the slopes. The location was great and Mary Kate was very responsive to questions during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

We had the most wonderful ski weekend at this country home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how remarkably clean everything was. It truly felt fresh, cared for, and welcoming — which immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay.The house is incredibly well equipped. Every time we thought, “I hope they have…,” it was already there. It’s clear the hosts have thoughtfully prepared for all the little things guests might forget at home. That kind of attention makes a big difference, especially on a busy ski weekend.The location is perfect — close to everything you need, yet far enough away to enjoy real peace and serenity. After a full day out, coming back to quiet countryside surroundings was exactly what we wanted. We didn’t bring our dog this time, but we already know he would absolutely love it there. It’s the kind of place that feels both spacious and welcoming.Even with multiple devices running, the WiFi handled everything easily — which kept everyone happy.We had an absolutely lovely time and are already checking our calendars to see when we can return. Great stay!

We had a family get away at this beautiful cabin. We came from Erie in heavy snow, but the driveway was plowed and easy to navigate when we arrived after dark. The house was spotless and the perfect size for us. We all talked about how it would be beautiful to come back in the fall when the leaves are changing and we can utilize the outdoor space. The host was very communicative and kept us updated leading up to and through out our stay. Would recommend this little getaway!

Stunning Property

The property seemed like it was brand new, and while it not the case, it did feel like we were the first ones to ever stay there. Not only that, everything from the furniture and bedding to the appliances and dishes were nice and also new. Even the grass was freshly mowed! 10/10, already planning another trip in the Fall. Thanks to the hosts for a great experience.

Beautiful, peaceful, perfect!

My family very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful lodge! It is quiet and peaceful with lots of land and an amazing view of the stars! My husband and I enjoyed drinking coffee on the front porch while our children very much enjoyed the rustic feel of the house and the comfy beds. Our dog loved the creek that runs in front. Everything was clean and the host was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this property if you are considering staying near ellicottville and are looking for a calm, quiet, beautiful view.

Winter Weekend Getaway

My four girl friends and I stayed at this beautiful house in Great Valley. The house was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was spacious and very cute. Modern and updated. The communication from the host was great. The only things to point out were that Ellicottvile was a bit farther then we anticipated- it was a 20 minute drive- but no big deal. And there were dead lady bugs found on one of the beds which was odd. Overall it was a great weekend, and we would book this home again.

Unforgettable Stay

This is such a beautiful home! The location is outstanding. It was so peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable. I stayed here with my husband and some friends. We loved sitting around the campfire and the porch. The second floor does get a little warm. I’d recommend giving the first floor to those who prefer the cold temp to lower to temp to accommodate the second floor. However, the fan works very well! Bed was so so comfortable! It gets dark and chilly after closing the blings and turning on the AC. PERFECT CONDITION! It was difficult to leave! Looking forward to staying again!
