* Cozy sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV for streaming.

* Dining table with seating for six.

* Dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected.



**Kitchen:**

* Modern, fully equipped chef's kitchen.

* Premium appliances, a wine chiller, and a raised kitchen bar for casual conversations.



**Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 8):**

* **Primary Suite:** A true sanctuary with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and sliding doors that open directly to the courtyard.

* **Second Bedroom:** Features a comfortable king-size bed.

* **Third Bedroom:** Offers a welcoming queen-size bed.

* **The Casita:** A charming and serene detached guest house with its own entrance. It includes a queen bed, a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom for added privacy.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes the main house, the detached casita, and the fully enclosed courtyard with all its amenities, including the private pool and spa. There are no shared spaces, ensuring your stay is a completely private paradise.



The Neighborhood:

*   You will have the entire house, property to yourself.

*   Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.

* NO access to park in the garage or enter

* **Personal Welcome:** A member of our team will personally greet you upon arrival.

* **Family-Friendly:** A crib and high chair are available upon request to make your stay more comfortable. Please request in advance.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Pool & Spa Heating:** Heating for the pool and spa is an optional service available for an additional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival if you would like to add this service.

* **City Requirements:** As required by the City of Palm Springs, all guests must sign a separate rental agreement, provide a copy of a government-issued ID, and list the license plate numbers for all vehicles. This information will be collected securely after your booking is confirmed.

* **Cancellation Policy:** We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

* **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** Your safety is our highest priority. Our professional housekeeping team follows rigorous cleaning and disinfecting protocols using EPA-registered products before every arrival. We ensure all high-touch surfaces are sanitized and all dinnerware is re-washed for your peace of mind.
