C-Shore Retreat - Great Views, Steps to the sand!

Come enjoy a relaxing vacation in this brand new home that is right on the beach! With AMAZING views and a walkway to the beach you'll have your toes in the sand in no time. This well thought-out floor plan has plenty of space for you to spread out or enjoy with another family or friends!

Once over the bridge you are less than a mile away! This puts you extremely close to the pier, restaurants, and all the activities of town - but still far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet!

Surf City is an amazing little town with easy access to other parts of the coast. You will have a great time here with EASY access to the beach and plenty of other options to explore if you want to mix things up!

The home is on stilts, so underneath there is parking, an outdoor shower, eating area, and some beach toys! Once you come onto the first floor you will have a room to the right and one down the hall. The beachside room has its own deck and a king bed! The room down the hall is perfect for kids, with a queen bed and twin over full bunk. On this floor you will also find a full bathroom and in-unit laundry.

Coming up to the second floor, you come into a large space where you will probably spend most of your time. This floor is your living, dining, and kitchen area and there is a VIEW from everywhere! With plenty of seating and a large deck on the ocean side, this will be where you visit, play games, and enjoy a cocktail at sunset! The kitchen is fully loaded with all kinds of extras for you foodies!

The top floor is the main suite and is it SWEET! It's a large room with a king size bed, walk in closet, private bathroom, and a great view of the ocean. Great place for you to sneak away from the crowd and relax!

Guests will have access to the entire home (except two closets that are reserved for owner's storage). The car port, storage closets, outdoor shower, and every room in the house are yours to use so you can get the best out of your stay!

There is some additional parking off to the side of the units.
The beach walkway is shared with the other units, but open at all times!

The pet fee covers up to 2 pets! Please make sure your reservation is updated properly. If you are traveling with more than 2 pets, please reach out - sometimes we can accommodate an additional pet on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time! Max was easy to communicate with and was very kind! I would recommend this property a million times over. Only suggestion to the owner is invest in baby gates due to all of the stairs other than that the WiFi wasn’t very consistent either. I worked on my time for a day and it was constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. Easy fix and it wasn’t Max’s fault but the servicing company.

We had a great time and the house is beautiful. The street is quiet, even with a large bday party at the house in front of us. The doors and windows blocked most of that out. I stay in alot of VBRO's and this was by far the cleanest and best stocked. This is a big deal for properties that allow pets. The complimentary snacks and drinks were perfect too. The only thing I would add is drapes you can close on the living room sliding door, for privacy from the guests to the left that may be out on the deck. But with glazed windows, even that isnt a big concern. We truly felt like we were at home. The oceanview and minimal steps to the beach with a wood plank walkway was ideal. A quick 1-1/2 drive from home in Raleigh makes this a great Wkend getway spot. We will most definitely visit again. Thank you so much!

Arrived without issues, checked in without issues as well. The host is very friendly and communicative the entire time even checking in to make sure everything is up to par. The main living room has an excellent ocean view but the upstairs main bedroom is even better. Never heard the neighbors on either side. The kitchen has everything you would need. Even though we stepped out most nights to find good sea food. The rooms were clean on arrival. I think we slept in every bed, which there’s quite a few to choose from when there’s only three of you traveling. Smart tvs in every room helped with a young child. Being pet friendly and this close to the ocean sold me from the beginning, but once we were here and settled the whole house sold me even more on future rentals. The master bath with what I have decided to call the top of the world shower is definitely worth trying out. All in all the house, grounds, and amenities were exactly as described. I couldn’t find a single thing to complain or say that’s not what was listed. Thank you for a last minute end of the season escape from home!!

Loved this spot! Very clean, organized, and had everything we could have wanted when it came to cooking, which is a big deal to our family. Listing was as expected, very close to the beach with access via a walkway to the stairs to the beach at the back of the property. The provided beach equipment came in clutch...the outdoor shower too.Enjoyed that the 2 sleeping levels were separated by the middle main level, if you don't mind stairs(we don't), it is great. Would absolutely rent here again
