Ascend to the second floor, where a delightful loft area bathes in natural sunlight, creating an ideal space for indulging in a good book or enjoying a morning coffee. The second-floor master bedroom exudes comfort and elegance, featuring a snug fireplace and a balcony overlooking the canal. The master bathroom offers a luxurious retreat, boasting a soaking tub alongside a spacious shower, inviting you to unwind in style. As a bonus, the home includes four adult bikes for exploring the surrounding area, with beach access just a short stroll away. This home offers the convenience of docking a 22-foot boat parallel to its dock. However, please note that boats longer than 22 feet cannot be accommodated. Additionally, there is no boat ramp available, and trailers are not permitted in the driveway of this property. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 had a wonderful week long stay at Casa Palmas. The home was clean and described perfectly. We enjoyed renting the golf cart for the week. The location is perfect!! Just a short golf cart ride to the private entrance for the beach. We loved renting chairs and umbrellas right at the beach too. We have already decided we will be staying at Casa Palmas on our next trip to Destin! Destin Pointe Vacations provided lots of info prior to check in and always answered my questions timely.

Great stay over Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate when we checked in and had plenty of room for our family. Despite some issues we had with the pool and golf cart rental the property management company was very responsive. We would stay here again especially at a time that was not during Spring Break and would be less busy as there was a lot of dog barking from the nearby rental properties but no loud partying. Overall enjoyable visit and close to beach access!

Great All Around!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great - close to the beach and lots of things to do, but on a quiet street. The bikes were a great bonus that we took advantage of as well. The property was clean and communication with the host was great. Can't wait to come back!

A few highlights:Cleanliness & amenities: The home was spotless from the moment we walked in. Every room, including the kitchen and bathrooms, was clearly well cared for and maintained to a high standard. It's clear the hosts take pride in keeping the space fresh and welcoming for guests. There was everything you need to cook your meal. There is a grill on the deck but we did not use it. There was a outdoor shower at the side of the home but we did not use it. We saw fireworks from nearby from the front door!Location: The proximity to the main attractions was perfect. We were just minutes away from everything Destin has to offer, which made it so easy to explore the area without spending a ton of time driving around. Ideal home base for a beach vacation. The private beach access is about a 10-15 min walk to get to. There is a single shower head and a foot shower available at the access point. Walking with beach gear and little kiddos could be challenging so keep this in mind as the hot sun beats down on you and your group. Private Pool: Having an in-house pool was an absolute game-changer. It was so convenient to be able to relax and cool off right at the property whenever we wanted, without needing to pack up and head to a crowded public beach or community pool. Pool was very nice and warm enough for kids in July, no extra need for heated pool was needed. The kids especially loved having it right outside.Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals was very responsive and informative. All questions and messages were answered or responded to promptly. Included with the rental were promotional opportunities to get discounted or free! tickets to all sorts of activities and attractions, we did a few and saved on what we would have bought full price anyway. The high end appliances kept us well fed and this gourmet cook very happy. The neighborhood is so friendly and we enjoyed our walks to the beach looking at the lovely homes and landscapes.
