Get ready for your next luxurious beach getaway from the bustling city with this beautiful beachside residence. Settled on 3500 sqft of living space and located in the Grand Beach neighborhood in Galveston, our Texan Hamptons Getaway is the perfect place to spend quality time with the ones you love. Stunning gulf views, incredible sunsets, and sunrises without even taking a step outside your room.
Get ready for your next luxurious beach getaway from the bustling city with this beautiful beachside residence. Settled on 3500 sqft of living space and located in the Grand Beach neighborhood in Galveston, our Texan Hamptons Getaway is the perfect place to spend quality time with the ones you love. Stunning gulf views, incredible sunsets, and sunrises without even taking a step outside your room.
Aside from the incredible scenery, this residence is also located minutes away from the medical district, historic downtown shopping, fabulous restaurants, amazing fresh seafood, museums, fishing locations & so much more!
Ground floor offers multiple amusement options like a ping pong table, cornhole, jumbo 4-to-Score, home gym, and multiple tables where you can enjoy the seaside breeze. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach.
Once you take a step upstairs, you`ll be greeted by the newly built kitchen, complete with an electric stove and plenty of appliances for our cooking enthusiasts. The living room area is located right next to multiple big windows and the patio where you can enjoy conversation with the beautiful Texan weather illuminating the room (The living room TV is 75 inches). This floor has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a king-size bed and the other offers 3 bunk beds with a children`s play area. There is 1 full bathroom and 1 power room.
The 2nd floor offers 3 spacious bedrooms all furnished with king-size beds and plush bedding. This floor has 3 full bathrooms.
All bedrooms except for the bunkbed room have 65-inch TVs.
*** SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT
1st floor
- Single bedroom 1 (king size bed x1)
- Single bedroom 2 (three bunk beds: twin size bedsx6)
2nd floor
- Single bedroom 3 (king size bed x1)
- Single bedroom 4 (king size bed x1)
- Master bedroom 5 (king size bed x1)
If you would like to request roller beds during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. There is an additional bed fee of $20/roller bed when requested. We have a total of 6 beds available which will bring the max occupancy to 20.
The house also features a general EV charger for electric cars, ensuring modern convenience for guests.
NEW CONSTRUCTION:
The home is located in a developing community. There is construction going on in the neighborhood and we do not know how long to expect construction to last on any neighboring house. You may reserve a house but we regret to inform any inconvenience that may result. We have no control over these situations and are unable to refund your money.
BUGS:
Ants, mosquitos, cockroaches, silverfishes, spiders, love bugs, big bugs, small bugs, and all kinds of bugs are part of Galveston`s life. You might see them unexpectedly during your stay. To control these pests, the house has been and will continue to be sprayed quarterly by our local pest control company. Per our pest control company, the spraying does not prevent them from crawling or flying in during the open and close of getting in and out of the house. However, if they do get in, they won`t survive. Do not leave doors open; close doors immediately after use to prevent and minimize bugs from entering the home. Turning off the outside lights at the doorways also helps minimize bugs from getting inside as lights attract bugs and mosquitoes.
Do not bring food, snacks, candy into the bedrooms to prevent ants. Do not leave food crumbs on the floor inside the house that will attract cockroaches and ants, or on the ground floor outside near the grill and tables that will attract bugs, ants, and possibly wild animals such as raccoons or opossums.
***Cameras are only placed in all common areas OUTSIDE the property with noise detection. There are cameras in the front door, backyard, driveway, and side of the houses. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone and for liability determination only. They are never monitored.
**We do not provide linens for the pack n play as babies might be sensitive to the detergent.
Please do not block the sidewalk to AVOID receiving a ticket.
*** Gardeners may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside and outside.
- Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
- Please respect the noise curfew.
- Turn off the lights/fans when you leave.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes.
- Respect our neighbors. Our homes are close together and our neighbors are our friends who are not on vacation, so please respect quiet time.
