We had an excellent stay! Communication with the host was great and the property description was perfect. The house was well appointed and stocked with necessities, and there’s plenty of room to spread out if you need to! There’s plenty of parking if your group has multiple vehicles and the circular drive makes for easy access. Harris Teeter grocery is one half mile away and some other shops and restaurants as well. Great location if you’re in town for NCSU events. Overall, an excellent experience!

My family and I stayed here for my nephew's wedding. The house was amazing. We especially loved the deck and ping pong table! Everything looked recently updated and the whole house was immaculate. A wonderful stay

This house was perfect. So much space and decorated beautifully. The kitchen had all of the essentials and the whole house was clean. I wish we could stay longer. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Raleigh.

Great property!!!

This place was amazing, it had so much room to fit my family! Yard was great for my dog to run around while we enjoyed the nice weather. The area to hangout downstairs with games was perfect to enjoy some family bonding. Location was close to everything which added to the appeal of this unit.

The home was beautiful and immaculate. We appreciated that everything was provided and there was an ample supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, towels, etc., unlike other homes we've stayed in. And if you're a coffee drinker, there was an abundance of k-cups for the coffee maker. Thank you for your hospitality. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in your home. We would definitely rent again, if we're in the Raleigh area.

My niece goes to school at NCCU and we wanted to come see her housing, campus and joys of Raleigh. The house is a great central location to lots of attractions. My family loved the ability to all be together in one home. We had a great time.

Great group house

This was a great house! Location is very central and we appreciated the large # of bedrooms and beds (which were very comfy) and bathrooms so our multi-family group could spread out and everyone had privacy. We loved the downstairs lounge area and that we had a second living space upstairs. We could be together as much or as little as we wanted. Mgmt company was super responsive and the few minor issues we reported (deck was full of tree debris when we arrived, and all propane tanks were empty) were rectified almost immediately. The kitchen is very well equipped and the house is well decorated and nicely renovated and modern. Only suggestion for making the house even better is to make the downstairs bar area a bit more functional, like with a fridge. Would definitely stay again!

Family Reunion

We had the most WONDERFUL time in your home. It was perfect. The property is centrally located with a grocery store, coffee shop, a little strip mall about 3 miles down the street. The Crabtree mall, hospital and a great Mexican restaurant (San Marcos!) is about 5-10 minutes away. Owners communicated clearly and quickly and we felt so welcomed. The home had everything we needed to stay a week and be able to cook at home when we needed/wanted to. Comfortable beds and accommodations. The porch in the back was charming and a quiet place to sit and relax in the morning. Thank you for a great stay. I know we will be back again.

Excellent well stocked house

This house was very clean (one exception) and very well stocked. Only complaint was there were no dressers in the bedrooms though some of the closets had shelves. The office/bedroom had neither a dresser nor closet. Probably better off getting rid of the desk and putting in a dresser if you want to call it a bedroom. There was a lot of dust under the basement couch noticed when looking for a stray ping pong shot. Yes, there is a ping pong table! Would definitely stay here again.
