Beautiful and clean property. We wish we had been able to enjoy the deck more but the weather was too hot to sit outside since the shade on the deck is very limited. Also, although nothing to do with the property itself, the neighborhood had no sidewalks and the nearby park is not maintained and full of sticker burrs. Both of which are not dog friendly.

This condo was comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the large deck and the dock for our boat. The rental process was easy and questions were answered quickly. We appreciated that are dogs were welcomed there.

The place was great. The beds were comfortable. Then kitchen was stocked with everything you need.

Great Vacation Spot! We were surrounded on both sides by college kids the first couple of days so it was loud at night. I should have thought about it being spring break. Once they left it was great.. We enjoyed the pier to fish from. The house was stocked with basics which was a blessing.

On the water

This property was great. We loved the layout and that it was facing a canal. My husband spent a lot of time on the porch looking out at the water whilst doing some work. HEB, car beach, Stripes were all within 10 minutes from the house. We even had a few restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance from the house. All in all great property and stay.

Great view

The property company was very helpful. The water in the master bathroom did not work. They attempted to have someone come out, but we were not at the property, so it was not able to be fixed. Great location and view from the back porch.

We experienced a number of issues with our stay but the condo management company did reimburse part of our rental fee to make up for it. The green fishing lights do not work, and water faucets in the bathrooms are faulty. But the unit is clean and the location is great.

Only recommendation I would have is a larger couch or additional chair in living room would be nice.
