Guest Access:
Parking for up to 4 vehicles depending on size. This house is located directly off of N. Lumina Ave and is a block from the beach. Take advantage of provided beach bikes, a cooler, a beach cart, and additional beach accessories.

The Neighborhood:
Ride one of the complementary bikes to restaurants like Tower7, Shark Bar and Adapt Kitchen. If you brought your boat, you can cruise over to Fish House or Dockside for dinner.

Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.
**All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.
