-Private rooftop with NYC skyline views fully furnished with dining and lounge areas (BBQ grill to be delivered week of Jan 2).
-Kitchen fully equipped for a chef including pots, pans, chef knives, cooking utensils, chopping boards, mixing bowls, baking sheets, cheese knives, glassware, utensils and full place settings for 12.
•65 inch smart Samsung TV.
•Pac Man mini arcade
-Close to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, bars. Easy trip to NYC, Hoboken, Downtown Jersey City.
Guest access
Guest has full access to the entire unit and private rooftop.
This house has its own door and access code is different for every visiting guest for safety.
Other things to note
Only the registered number of guest are allowed on the property (Max 10), this is taken very seriously for insurance purposes. If you violate the policy, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
The person who uses their account to make the reservation must be present in the home during the booking, if they are not there, reservation can be cancelled immediately per 3rd party cancelation guidelines with no refund.

There is a city noise ordinance prohibiting loud noises after 10pm. Violation of this ordinance will be reported and will result in cancellation with no refund.

Enjoyed it!

The stay was great! Host was responsive even before our arrival by answering location and public transportation questions. House was clean, beds comfortable, and location was great. I would recommend the unit. We had a group of 10. 2 in each bedroom and used the blow up mattresses as well. Nice place.

Fantastisch

Wir (5 Leute) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Alles war sauber und das Apartment sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Von Geschirr bis Handtüchern und zusätzlichen Decken war alles vorhanden, sogar Starbucks-Kaffeekapseln gab es. Von der Dachterrasse aus hat man einen unbeschreiblich tollen Blick auf die Skyline Manhattans. Die Unterkunft kann man eigentlich nur mit einem Wort beschreiben: Fantastisch. Craig, der Vermieter war super freundlich und hat im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und uns Tipps gegeben. Z.B. wie wir schnell nach Manhattan kommen und auch Restaurant-Tipps. Auch hier noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Craig. Es gibt den Bus 119 in ca. 3-5 Minuten fußweg, der in ca. 15-25 Minuten (je nach Verkehrslage) zum Port Authority nach Manhattan fährt. Von dort ist z.B. der Times Square in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine andere Möglichkeit ist, mit dem Uber nach Hoboken zu fahren und entweder den Path Train (Ticket One-Way kostet 2,63 Euro und man muss das Ticket nicht am Automaten ziehen, man kann einfach seine Kreditkarte ranhalten und durchs Drehkreuz gehen) oder mit dem Bötchen (13 Dollar hin und zurück) zum Financial District fahren. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen, da wir total begeistert waren.
