Martha was an amazing host and the property was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. It was great for every age- grandparents and grandkids! They loved feeding the donkeys and having a huge room to stay in together. We can’t wait for another emails trip upstate.

Everything was wonderful! We came for the weekend to watch our daughter graduate from SUNY Cobleskill. We had enough space for everyone and it was close to town and not a long drive to campus!

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse! Martha was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always available if we needed anything while still giving us complete privacy.The farmhouse was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and there was plenty of room for up to eight guests. One of the three bedrooms was especially great for families or larger groups, with four twin beds.One of our favorite parts of the stay was the peaceful setting. We frequently spotted deer and bunnies around the property, which made mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. The resident donkeys—Jack, Jill, and Donkey—were such a fun addition, and the rooster made sure everyone knew when the day was starting! If you enjoy visiting with friendly farm animals, you’ll love saying good morning to them.If you’re looking for a relaxing countryside getaway with plenty of space, beautiful scenery, and a welcoming host, we highly recommend staying at the Farmhouse. We’d happily stay here again!

Great accommodations and great hostess

Our family came for a nearby wedding and Martha (hostess) made sure we could check-in early and was very flexible and nice. I highly recommend this beautiful house and property.

Fantastic Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at the Farmhouse. Accommodations were extremely clean and welcoming. Martha was an excellent host. This will definitely be our place to stay when visiting the valley area!

The most charming farmhouse

We enjoyed staying at Martha’s to attend a wedding nearby. The house is cozy and nicely decorated with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. We loved meeting the donkeys and chickens. Check in and check out were a breeze. It was so peaceful waking up and sitting on the porch in the morning. We had a lovely time!

Loved our stay

This was the perfect place to stay for two families with kids. Our little guys loooooved feeding the donkeys and goats! The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and cozy. And Martha was such a kind host. If we ever come back to the area, we will certainly look to stay here again :)

Perfect holiday getaway!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse. The kids loved feeding Dale & to see the donkeys each morning. Martha’s home was just as described and was perfect for us while we were in town visiting family for the holidays. We hope to come back again next year.

This property and host was exceptional.

The view from the house was exceptional, the accommodation was very comfortable, clean and the decor lovely. We enjoyed the country quiet setting and having the donkeys to treat with some food was fun. The host was friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended this facility for a holiday.
