One bedroom, one bathroom at Summer Sands Condo....Kitchenette, king size bed, queen sofa pull-out in the living room. Sleeps six,two tv's with dvd players and cable,six grills, two pools, and outside shower. This condo is located steps away from the beach. It's a great family spot!!!!

The boardwalk bus stops in front of the condo door! You do not have to drive or walk just take the bus.

The number one beach on the north east!

Vacation bliss

Communication with the host regarding amenities was responsive and thorough. Check-in was painless and the room was comfortable with the air conditioner set 68. A small pool was just off of our door with a larger pool being on the side of the building to enjoy with the rest of my extended family. And then a short walk to the beach and ocean which we were able to enjoy for five days out of the seven. A great stay

Perfect & exactly what we were looking for.

It is a perfect place for the family and is in a great location. The pools were great and you can walk out the door and you are practically on the beach. We will rent the same unit again.

Perfect for a mothers/daughters weekend. Comfortable and close to beach. Pools were a plus! Quiet and clean space. Very enjoyable stay

Great little place with everything we needed

Only thing I had an issue with was the cleanliness of the place. Dropped something under the bed and went to grab it. Very dusty under there with an old used tissue under there too. Also had to scrub the shower head before I used it due to the mold on it.

We squeezed 5 adults. I wouldn’t plan on anyone sleeping in the living room…it is very small and if the couch is open, there is barely any room to get to the bathroom. The bedroom is actually way bigger than the living room kitchen area, which wasn’t ideal if you want to spend any time as a group in the living room. A family with small kids or maximum four ppl would be perfect for this affordable rental! Plus the parking spot is right outside the door and the pool is just a few steps away. The owner responded promptly every time I messaged him. All it all it was a wonderful place to stay.

Enjoyed our trip

It's the first vacation I have been on with my daughter in 14 years. We had a wonderful week. Weather was great. I'm handicapped and I can't walk on the beach so I took advantage of both pools. I have no complaints with anything. Everyone was friendly, helpful and nice. The only thing is that in the unit you could have more hanging space. Possibly put hooks on the bedroom door and bathroom door where you can hang multiple things. Otherwise I have no issues. I would definitely recommend it and rent it again if I can afford to go on vacation again.

Nous somme arriver il y avait des saletés sur le plancher des gens précédant. Le séjour était bien(face a la rue, non à la mer) nous somme partie nous avions pris la peine de se prendre l’assurance dégât vue que nous avions des jeunes enfants. Le propriétaire nous a écrit vue qu’il a du faire nettoyer après notre sejou.. on n’y retournera plus.

Nice little condo next to the beach

Nice little condo in a great location, very close to the beach. There were five of us, and by bringing an inflatable mattress, everyone slept comfortably. The beds are comfortable. The only downside is that it's quite far from the action on the boardwalk (6 km one way to get to the rides).

Great spot

We were in town for a wedding, this spot is a little far if you’re trying to commute to other locations but it’s awesome if you’re just looking to park your car and never leave. Everything is super convenient and there’s an awesome breakfast spot called “a little cafe”

Convenient

Location of property is convenient to Beach however the unit location is not very BEACHY. Its located right in front of the parking lot so not very pleasant to sit outside. Unit could use some updates and a few more simple amenities. Such as some hooks near door , some trays for caring food, as not near any outside tables, some more lights, better shades in bedroom and the cleaning service could do a better job between visitors. The owner was very easy to contact and the office staff were pleasant. Location was convenient to Cape May, Restaurants and Beach.

PERFECT LOCATION

Loved the location, steps to pool, located on the beach. We will stay again for sure!!! Only one problem, we didn't see on page that there were no pillows or blankets! Thank Goodness we where close to Ross and Walmart

I want to give feedback on my customer experience. I want to tell you that while making my bed this morning, we found bed bugs. this is the first time that happens to me since I travel to the USA (20 years). despite this your location is great and the building outside is very well maintained

Worth It.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is really convenient that the beach condo is right beside the pool and grill. Loved how the condo thought about the little things. We loved walking barefoot to the beach everyday. So wonderful to be right on the ocean.

Wildwood Vacation 2019

My wife & 2 adult children enjoyed our stay in Wildwood Crest this summer. We enjoyed 4 meals out & cooked in for 3. The 6 grills were a great feature along with ample space to lock our 4 bikes - & the walk to the beach was great - so close you could run back for lunch & be back sun-tanning in 30 minutes! Also appreciated was the assigned parking spot, making for convenient in & out.

I recommand it

Very happy with my stay. The place was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the wifi worked well (important for teenagers). This property is very close to the pool, outdoor shower, barbecues and outdoor tables that we used every day. The beach is also very close. The whole family (2 adults, 4 childrens) enjoy his stay. The only things to improve : better describe the size of the beds ( for the sheets) and the conditionner was dusty and made us sneeze. It's a beautiful place.

Perfect for our family!

Very happy with this property as it was perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children ages 5 months and 5 years). We were very pleasantly surprised to find a set of twin bunk beds in the main bedroom. My 5 year old couldn't wait to sleep on that top bunk! My husband and I had more than enough room in the king size bed and the baby slept in a pack and play in the living room. We did not use the queen size fold out couch. We did utilized the pool and the grills. My husband couldn't believe how CLEAN everything is! Had a slight hiccup with the cable in the condo (living room), however Chris got that issue resolved within a very timely manner. All of the neighbors we encountered were very friendly and the condo has a very "close knit" feel to it. Had no worries hanging out bathing suits / towels on the balcony. Would definitely love to visit again!

Très belle expérience en général !

Condo très bien situé, directement sur la plage et très propre. Immeuble bien entretenu ainsi que la piscine et les BBQ. Petit inconvénient l'air climatisé est dans la chambre et fait beaucoup de bruit donc impossible pour nous de le laisser fonctionner la nuit. Il faisait donc un peu chaud.
