Best Spot in Montericco

This was the beyond what we could have imagined. The property manager was super accommodating, her property manager was on point, and it was an overall SPECTACULAR spot. You have to stay here if you're heading to Montericco

This is such a cute home. I loved everything about it. The kitchen is open with a lot of natural light. The pool is perfect. I also loved the hammocks which are the best to take a nap on while listening to the ocean. I definitely recommend this property. It’s so prefect. They had the air conditioning in already. Which was a perfect touch to our arrival. We had such an amazing time. I was able to relax and enjoy the beach. The perfect home.

Peaceful Beach Retreat

The caretaker met us at the main road and escorted us to the property, which is well maintained. He also offered to be on call for any needs such as picking up items for us at the local grocery. The grounds are lovely and the pool cleaned daily. The interior of the home has a bit of an industrial vibe as almost everything is made of concrete except the mattresses. The best amenities are beach-oriented: The views, the tiki hut with hammacks, the outdoor showers. Wading and playing in the ocean is possible if you don't mind being knocked down by a wave once in a while. The only drawbacks of this property are the quantities of litter and trash strewn about in the strip of land between the ocean front deck and the beach and in the vacant property next door, And, we had to squash a few cockroaches in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Perhaps their presence could have been prevented if the cleaning crew regularly looked (and cleaned) in all the nooks and crannies? Despite that concern, our group agreed we would be happy to return for another visit.
