Welcome to the newly appointed Everett Estate: Where Modern Luxury Meets Historic Charm. Boasting picturesque mountain views, this 6,700 square ft home underwent a year-long renovation to modernize & revitalize both the home & the expansive grounds.

With 11 all-suite rooms, including a studio apartment, this boutique inn was expertly designed to host up to 30 overnight guests and weddings and events of up to 125 guests.

We have a 24/7 monitored guest hotline that guests can text at any time with questions. This is a self check-in boutique inn so staff is only present when requested for maintenance issues, etc.


Located conveniently along Nelson 151 in Nelson County Virginia and the Blue Ridge Mountains! Nelson 151 is the travel destination for Virginia wine, craft beer, hard cider and outdoor recreation lovers. Route 151 is a designated Virginia scenic byway on the sunrise side of the Blue Ridge that connects the Nelson 151 member businesses.

Six wineries (Afton Mountain Vineyards, Cardinal Point Vineyard and Winery, Flying Fox Vineyard and Winery, Hill Top Berry Farm & Winery, Valley Road Vineyards and Veritas Vineyard), 3 breweries (Blue Mountain Brewery, Devils Backbone Brewing Company and Three Notch'd), and 2 cideries (Blue Toad Hard Cider and Bold Rock Hard Cider) decided to form a group to more efficiently market and leverage their unique “micro” appellation. Nelson 151 was created.

The Nelson 151 members recognize and celebrate the benefits of their proximity to one another in the pastoral Rockfish Valley. With orchards and farms, unique shopping, bed and breakfasts, local restaurants, community theater, hiking, biking, skiing, golf, fresh air and unforgettable views: Nelson 151 is the perfect choice for a day trip or weekend excursion.

The primary will be given a code to access the front door. All interior room doors are keyed access through lockboxes.

The Layout:
First Floor
Parlor- Moody living area with purple walls and conversational seating. This room has a full bath with a stand-up shower- perfect as an extra get-ready space to be used by your guests when you have a full house or if you have someone traveling in day-of for your wedding or event. There is also a separate ADA compliant half bath located inside of the parlor.

Dining Room- Four separate 4-seat dining tables are great for card games, cocktails or meals. There is a double half bath off of this area with 2 individual stalls and a shared vanity. This is opened up for all wedding/events to use. Make it a unisex, men's or women's bath- we will have signs to accompany your choice.

Original 110" high functional wood pocket doors separate the dining area from another living space, featuring 2 champagne velvet sofas, an additional 4-seat dining table for games or eating, and another half bath with a changing table.

The sunroom has an 8-seat dining table - remove the stackable lucite chairs that surround the table to create the perfect buffet spread for a Saturday brunch, catered by one of the personal chefs our concierge service has recommended and helped coordinate for your stay. This area has a fridge, microwave, toasters, dishware and glassware, and a coffee and tea set up.

Off of the sunroom is our commercial-grade kitchen. Guests that rent the whole house gain access to this for meal preparation or hand over those duties to your catering outfit or personal chef!

All weddings and events must agree to sign and abide by our standard event contract, which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Event fees may apply, please contact us with your specifics
- No amplified music after 10pm and speakers set in designated areas
- No pets
- No more than 125 event guests
- Pricing includes 26 overnight guests, 4 additional beds can be added for a fee
- Parking in designated areas on site to maintain grounds
- No glitter, confetti or fireworks
