Hard to find 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 dedicated parking spaces in Mid-Town Highrise with 24/7 door people and this unit is located on the 9th floor. 2 patios off unit with patio furniture you can enter from any room, 6 seat table, living room has 5 recliners built in, internet, 4 tv's, kitchen complete even with spices, games. All the bedrooms have their own desk area. recliner, fridge and microwave in them use the full kitchen or outside grille and cook area. Building has new pool and hot tub, social room, outdoor furniture, laundry room and work out gym. Public transportation close. Will do long term lease and if you need more then 2 spaces you can rent additional ones from hoa. The king suite is on one side of the unit and the queen & loft on the other side of the shared area. The king and queen suites have large walk in closets and full bathroom in the room and even small dinette along with bedroom furniture including dresser, 2 night stands, desk/chair, tv, recliner, refrigerator, micowave, sliding door to balcony. The loft bedroom has a double bed on top with a double recliner beneath it, tv, desk w/chair, cabinet/closet/shelves, small micro and frig. Full bathroom across hallway from it so can also be used by other guest if you allow. The unit is stocked to get you started with cleaning supplies, toiltries, full kitchen supplies including spices. There is one bicycle for you to use. There is so much entertainment to ride the rail to including football, basketball, baseball, live plays, museums, outdoor theatre, zoo, gardens, parks including a dog park, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Many guest have stayed and never rented a car as so convenient !!! Bring your clothes and your ready !!!!
