Amazing Stay

This is a beautiful condo and we had an amazing stay. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Host was available when we had questions. Perfect spot for our visit to Haines City.

Hurricane evacuation stay

We rented this place to get away from hurricane Milton, well built, concrete home. Very nice, clean, well thought out, everything maintained perfectly, almost too nice for being pet friendly. Host very nice and more accommodating than need be- very good stay!

This property was clean and comfortable. Easy communication with the host. The community pool across the street had a band on the weekend that played late into the night during our stay.

fun community. Beautiful townhouse

my nephew recently purchased a home in Haines Cuty and we went for a housewarming. Stayed in the townhouse and it was beautiful and clean. It is across from the water park so it can be noisy but we enjoyed it. The bar and grill had tasty food and great pricing.

Labor Day weekend off

We had a great time at the property, everything match as posted. Good location, nice place, organized, clean, very good entertainment area, good communication with the host. Thank for having us and for sure we will be back soon.

It was good the only thing is you have to pay every time you want to use the pool. I feel like that should be included in the stay we had to pay an extra 150 for the pool area for the total of our stay.

My family stayed at property for couple nights for event in city. It was very convenient location and plenty of space on second level with kitchen / living room combo and master bedroom with bathroom. Only draw back was you had to enter master bedroom to access bathroom on second level or had walk down to first level bathroom. They offered full kitchen for cooking and good counter space w/ stools. Great communication from host. Would rent again if in the area. Thanks.

Nice place

We stayed 4 nights. Place was clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen items. One bedroom with 2 twin beds on bottom floor and one king bedroom on main floor. It is right across from the water park. Keep in mind that most nights had a live band or DJ and it was easily heard in the rental. Not terrible but it is something to consider if you are a light sleeper. Great communication and easy check in/out.

Overall it was good. Improvements: Have chair or stool in downstairs hallway if you expect people to take their shoes off. Have a laundry basket. TVs in the bedrooms. Exterior light at garage door.

Magnifique, propre et super équipée

Une magnifique maison, très propre et très bien équipée. Avec notre famille polyallergique et intolérante, nous cuisinons énormément, et c’est une des cuisines les mieux équipées que nous avons eues. On a vraiment apprécié avoir deux salles de bain, et laveuse-sécheuse. Voyager avec de jeunes enfants : encore une fois, la maison est super équipée : vaisselle adaptée, un parc à l’étage du bas et un autre à l’étage du haut pour ne pas avoir à le déplacer (bien qu’on n’en n’a finalement utilisé aucun des deux). Une barrière est aussi mise à disposition, mais pas adaptée pour les escaliers, on a dû trouver une autre solution. Notre seule déception, et qui n’est pas du ressort de Raychelle, c’est que l’accès aux jeux d’eau juste en face est très coûteux : 30$/jour/adulte et 25$/jour/enfant. Hors de prix quand on sait que les enfants vont jouer maximum 2 heures dans une journée. Et il n’y avait aucun parc avec des modules dans le quartier. Heureusement, il y a le parc communautaire à 5 minutes en voiture, magnifique et couvert, en plus d’offrir piscine et jeux d’eau au coût de 5$/personne. On a adoré!
