The Palm Breeze Cottage is bright and cheery, the perfect place to create new memories.

The home offers a great outdoor seating area perfect for just relaxing with a cool drink as you enjoy time with family and friends or chilling out with a good book.  You can also enjoy the private  backyard with plenty of room for a game of corn hole, or gather around the firepit on a chilly evening.  And for the cook in the family there is a gas grill available to use.

This home features 2  living rooms, one with a 55” TV and comfy coastal couches. The other is a great place to play games or lounge on the  sofa and read a book. 

The kitchen has been updated with granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully furnished with every conceivable cooking gadget there is, allowing you to enjoy anything from a quiet lunch together to preparing a feast for your family! And just off the kitchen is a dining area with a table for 6.

The primary bedroom features a king bed,  the 2nd bedroom has a double sized bed and the other guest room/office space has a fold out Futon. There is also a sleeper sofa in the sitting area off the living room.

The inside bathroom has a tub shower combo, But if you are feeling a little adventurous, try something new by taking a bath under the stars in our unique outside bathroom, which offers a large free standing tub, separate shower, toilet and sink. Both bathrooms have plenty of towels for everyone, also provided are beach towels, and all linens. 

There is a full sized stacked washer and dryer in a closet in the carport area available for your use.

When your ready to explore you are only 5 miles away from Anna Maria Island, and many shops and restaurants are just down the street.

Car is suggested, parking at home for 3 cars.
