Apartment with breathtaking sea view on the west coast in Sardinia

he flat is located in the coastal area of Gutturu e Flumini (Marina di Arbus). Among the main features of this coast we have wide beaches with a beautiful sea, all surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub and its scents. The village is a quiet place, and the house's strong points include the view of the sea and the proximity to the beach, which you can easily reach by walking. Our house and Costa Verde have something in common: simplicity. The flat is located in Gutturu' e Flumini (Marina di Arbus). The flat has all kind of comforts except for te washing machine. There are two bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a King bed and the other with two single beds with an amazing view. There is a living room provided with TV, sofá and armchair. The kitchen is big and is provided with a fridge, freezer, oven. There is a bathroom with a shower, and an external shower too. You will also have a washing machine and a small back garden where you can hang out the washing. Under the patio, you can eat in the shade with a lovely view of the sea. You can also use the barbecue.
The village of Gutturu e' Flumini is a small village frequented mainly in the summer months, here you will find a bar/restaurant. As for the rest of services such as supermarkets, petrol stations, pharmacies and everything else, the two nearest villages are Arbus and Guspini, which are about 25 km away. There is also a minimarket in the village of Portu Maga, which is 3 km away.
