About this property

Beautiful Oceanside home, perfect for large or multiple families, with in-ground saltwater pool. Just over a block to the beach and 15 blocks to Bay Village/Fantasy Island. Three living areas with couches and large TVs, as well as a rooftop deck that boasts both Ocean and Bay views.

The bottom floor features a Cabana room with couches, TV, full bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchenette and access to the pool, outdoor shower, patio, gas grill and covered deck.

Main floor features a kitchen, large eating area, family room, double sided indoor/outdoor fireplace, front and back covered decks, half bath, King bedroom with private bathroom and Queen bedroom with private bathroom.

Upper-level features 2 King bedrooms with private baths, along with a bunk room with 2 sets of twin beds that share a hall bathroom with another bedroom that has 2 Queen beds. This level also has a 3rd Family room with couches, a laundry room, front and back decks, as well as access to the roof top deck.

The house is equipped with 2 refrigerators, 2 washer/dryers, 2 dishwashers, ceiling fans in all living spaces, central air, two car garages and parking for at least 4 cars. Also included are 6 beach chairs and 2 beach carts for your convenience. There is a large patio with loungers, a large saltwater pool with lights, and beautiful garden.

Linens and towels are NOT included. Each bed will have a mattress pad, pillows and blanket/comforter.
