Everything at this house is just a little broken and/or uncomfortable. The front door has a large crack in it, there are multiple chunks/dings out if the corners of the walls, broken electrical covers, and you have to get really creative to get the garage door to open. It just generally needs some love, though it's totally liveable. The beds are like college dorm mattresses: thin, worn and squeaky. The bed my husband and I stayed in appears to have a broken box spring or frame. The mattress rolled toward the side/head of the bed meaning on feet we're higher than our heads. I tried to fix it to no avail. Additionally, the master bedroom door didn't latch or fully close. That is not the house for you if you're disabled. There are very steep steps to the front of the house and two moderately steep flights inside the house to move between levels.Overall, it was fine for our trip. We didn't spend much time in the house because we planned a bunch of activities. But if you're expecting a top level stay for hanging out at home, I'd pick a different house.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Main living area was presentable, however the furniture was comparable to what one would find in a collage apartment, small uncomfortable couch and an oversized beanbag chair. One of the upstairs bedrooms had no globe over the lightbulbs on the ceiling fixture. The wall plate covering an outlet on the wall was cracked with the piece missing. There were multiple chips in the edges of the walls. The upstairs bathroom had mold on the shower liner. I reached out to the host, I mistakenly told her the curtain had mold, she replaced the curtain via amazon. I reached out again explaining it was the liner not the curtain, received no response. The bed in the master bedroom was more than gently used, it was very uncomfortable, linens also looked more than gently used. When we removed the trash bag to take out our garbage, the garbage can was filthy, definitely needed a through cleaning.Overall this property was poorly maintained, had uncomfortable furniture and beds, not a place I would choose to stay at again.

In need of repair
This 3 story condo was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Property mgr was responsive to our needs. The outside wooden stairs were steep and shaky, which was difficult for myself and elderly husband. Once inside, we were able to open the electric garage door and use the inside stairs. A remote control or code was not available. There were towel bars missing in 3 bathrooms which made it difficult. Towels were less than plush. Bedrooms were very small and the only place to put your suitcase was on the floor. A small luggage rack would have been helpful. Most disappointing was that the Internet connection went from spotty to not working.
With a little TLC this home could be rated higher. For safety a code for garage door is highly recommended. Consequently, I can not recommend this unit to older people or people with young children.
