Our house is located within close proximity to the bay beaches (Sammy's Beach) and a short drive to the ocean. This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath contemporary boasts beautiful views from every room. The house combines a stylish, modern look with a bright, open floor plan that allows for comfortable and convenient entertaining both indoors and out. Also featuring a heated pool with lush landscaping, two car garage, and central air. Renters may enjoy our two kayaks which may be put in the water directly across the street.

Perfect Stay

Very conveniently located between EH and Sag on a very quiet road with no traffic. Direct access to water w/ supplied kayaks. Large open spaces, indoor and out. Everything a kitchen could need. Excellent stay!

Perfect Hamptons stay!

This was a wonderful vacation rental that I would easily come back to. The location was perfect for visiting Amagansett, Montauk, Sag Harbor, Sagaponack, Main Beach and East Hampton town. Everything is an easy drive away. A path to Three Mile Harbor is directly across the street if you have an interest in kayaking, but we just walked over and enjoyed the relaxing view. The home is very well maintained with a comfortable open layout. It features a beautiful, well curated kitchen, lovely baths and comfortable bedrooms. You will find all the comforts of home! There is a lower level with a comfy TV area and extra bed that we never even needed to access. The outdoor area was private, beautifully landscaped and very relaxing. The heated pool was also a treat since we don't have a pool at home and the pink flamingo was my favorite! The owners were a pleasure to work with. They were responsive, helpful and couldn’t be nicer. We had an amazing family getaway!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Our family of four stayed for a week this summer and we were all thrilled with the house. It was stylish, clean, well maintained, and incredibly well-stocked. The neighborhood the home is in was very quiet and peaceful. And the location was perfect - East Hampton village, Amagansett and Sag Harbor were all easy to get to. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had while we were there and were a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend renting this home.

Lovely property, gracious hosts.

Restful location. Easy access to town and beaches. Super clean and well appointed. Owners planned for us with small touches like extra toilet paper, paper towels, a chilled bottle of yummy Rose and Pellegrino. The backyard and pool were the perfect place to start the day with a morning meditation or end the day with a glass of wine or dinner. Super quiet, and beds were oh so comfortable. Would highly recommend as a lovely retreat house!

Relaxing getaway

This is a beautiful house in a great location - quiet yet close to town and main beach. The house is incredibly comfortable, clean and well equipped. Everything was on hand to make our stay relaxing. (We especially appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking and serving). We also really enjoyed the pool in the beautifully secluded backyard. It is obvious that the owners put a lot of thought and effort into making sure their guests' experience is enjoyable. They were also very responsive and pleasant to deal with during each stage of the process - from initial inquiry to check-out. We look forward to returning.

Ah... Vacation

It's clear this home has been furnished with style and elegance, while also ensuring warmth and comfort. We loved the quiet of the location, the gorgeous backyard, and open spaces indoors. A great getaway! We will be back.
