Beautiful Beachfront Penthouse Condo with Spacious Balcony with Beach service!

This vacation home is owner managed, cleaned and maintained. We live in the building and are dedicated to making sure our guests have the best experience possible. We truly hope you love it here as much as we do!

BEACH SERVICE - Two loungers and an umbrella are provided on the beach for each day of your stay (weather permitting) from March - October.

THE VIEW - The outdoor living space is one of the best on the beach! This condo is on the penthouse level (23rd) floor which allows for an incredible 180-degree view of the ocean before you. Being on a higher floor allows you to see directly down into the water. Watch as sting rays, turtles, schools of fish and frequently dolphins play in the surf while you lounge in the privacy of your balcony. Don't forget your binoculars! You can see for miles and the sunsets are not to be missed.

THE CONDO - This wonderful two bedroom, two bath condo can sleep up to six guests. A fully equipped kitchen enables you to prepare and share a meal with your family either in the dining room or on the balcony. In the living room, the entertainment center includes a 70 in Roku TV which gives you access to over a hundred local cable channels or feel free to log into any of your streaming accounts like Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Hulu and more. Free password protected Wi-Fi access is also provided.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a 55in Roku TV and a private bathroom. The sliding glass door provides ocean views as well as direct access out to the balcony.

The guest bedroom also has a king-sized bed, private access to a bathroom and a 55in Roku TV.

If needed, the living room couch converts to a sofa sleeper. A full set of linens are provided. The mattress has been recently replaced with a new upgraded memory foam mattress for your comfort.

Keyless door entry means no keeping up with door keys and you will get to pick your own door code!

EXTRAS - Plenty of luxury linens, beach towels, beach toys, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, bedside charging ports, snacks and k-cups are just a few of the extras we are happy to provide for our guests.

PARKING – A dedicated parking space right in front of the building means you can come and go with ease. No worrying about hunting for a space in a tight parking garage. A second dedicated parking space is available in the garage across the street if you need spaces for two vehicles.

TROPIC WINDS - The location of this west end property is perfect; secluded enough to be away from the crowds and traffic in Panama City Beach but still less than 5 minutes to Pier Park and all of the fun vacation activities this growing city has to offer.

The beach at Tropic Winds feels closer than in other areas of Panama City and the water is crystal clear. The main pool is an indoor / outdoor pool, perfect if your little one needs a break from the sun. Also on property, there is a large hot tub, grilling areas, a workout room and saunas. This is that special kind of place where you can check in with your loved ones and then settle in for a few days (or even a few weeks) of memorable family fun!
