Not as advertised

Unit was not as appeared, in the web site. Lamps were missing , light bulbs missing, patio blinds were broken and half missing. Lots of other minor issue.Patio was dirty and so wet outside back door there were puddles. Beds were less than optimal. Unit was mostly clean, but windows were very dirty. Needs a good upgrade and some maintenance.Probably would not stay again.

Family universal trip

We found the property and contacted the owner and got a quick responce. We arrived the nerborhood was quiet and clean the house was nice had a few things that needed repairing and cleaning but we sent a message to the owner and got a response and the things taken care ofright away. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and will visit again in the fucture.

Great location, nice area, clean.

In a gated community and pretty quiet. Good location near restaurants and stores. Only took us 15 - 25 minutes to get to Disney or Universal. Could use some updating in the kitchen, but was clean and comfortable, and plenty of room.

Nice View .Great Place to Stay!

This was the first time for us staying in a vacation rental home! I was a little bit concerned at the very beginning, but once we actually got there, it was just like our home. The super nice lake view surpised us! The beds were super comfy and kids loved their rooms. Also, it was a gated community and I saw security guards walking around in the community several times. The location was great too, we were only 5 or so miles from Disneyworld. We had a really good time in Orlando. Thanks Iverson and will recommend to friends!
