Newly renovated 2bd apartment. Small balcony, all new full kitchen and bathroom. Free street parking on the block and surrounding streets (excluding 22nd st). NO PETS. NO EXTRA GUEST TO STAY only the amount on booking
The space
Great 2bd apartment located in the up and coming Point breeze area of Philadelphia. About 15 min to Center City and 10 mins to Sport Complex's. Also about 8-10 mins to Passyunk Ave with lots of great restaurants and th famous Geno's Steaks.
Downstairs apartment is used for rentals as well.

Entire second floor apartment. Excluding front porch area which is used for storage.

This was a perfect place to stay in Philly! The apartment was clean and comfortable, had more space than expected, and was in a great location for easily getting around the city. We will definitely come back next time we're in town!

The listing was very accurate. However, coffee, shampoo and shower soap were not included with the rental. This caused us to have to go shopping into the night so we could get ready the next morning.

The kitchen had basic supplies, which was adequate for or needs.Sometimes the downstairs tenants were a bit loud, but mostly it was not a problem.Entry code was given in advance- we just didn't realize that we had to enter the alarm code right away after arriving.

Quiet and Cozy!

Wonderful quiet and cozy place to stay for a week. I visited Philly with my family, and this apartment was perfect with 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen/living room area. The host, Clinton, was also very responsive. I recommend this property for any length of stay!

The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. The host was accessible and we were able to communicate well. Parking on the street was first come, first serve. But even though it was not always right in front of the apartment the parking spots were always available for us. The hosts does not provide shampoo, body soap or kitchen spices (this was confirmed in the posting). We had not planned on eating in much, so it was perfect for us. I believe it was great value for the price. I would stay in this apartment again, if I come back to Philadelphia.

Convenience and Communication

The host provided amazing communication during our stay! The place was large and clean. I felt safe with the 2 door entry (both requiring key codes) and an alarm system. The parking situation is not so good, but we managed to find some! It's the city, so, it's crowded. Convenient location to the airport (15 min) and downtown (10 min).

Comfortably fits 4 people

This was a nice, clean home. There are 2 bedrooms that each can fit 2 pretty comfortably (although one had much more space to sit/stretch out).We felt very safe with the security system,and there were a couple bus lines nearby that could get you to the city quickly bc parking can be tough. It wasnt right in center city so it stayed pretty quiet (compared to another place we stayed at that was SO loud we needed earplugs and white noise machines). Overall we would come back to this place.
