Welcome to TLC (formerly known as La Ola), a luxe beach home located across from the dune crossover and steps from Keira's Pool. Returning guests will recognize this as the same beloved home — just under a new name. With classic architecture by Kissling Architecture of Bulverde, TX, and designer interiors by ButterLutz Interiors of Austin, it has a family-friendly layout that welcomes up to two or three families. The five-bedroom, three-story home backs up to Butterfly Park, and it has peekaboo views of the Gulf!

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING AREA Enjoy two living areas on the first and second floors, each with 55-inch TVs. Vibrant coral and sea blue colors dress the downstairs den with stylish rugs and pillows contrasting all-white upholstery. The primary main living space upstairs has an open-concept plan, with contemporary, all-white kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island has great prep space plus contemporary, bar-stool seating for 7. The prep area overlooks a family room with navy-and-white seating and a dining area that seats 8 at a sleek, contemporary dining table with bench and chair seating. Shiplap and handsome trey ceilings add character.

Step outdoors to the wrap-around balcony, with outdoor dining and vintage-styled seating. Overall, enjoy 1,200 of outdoor porch space over all three levels.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Kids will love the first-floor, surf-and-sand theme bunkroom, with private bath and pairs of bunks that have queen bed bottoms and extra-large twin bed tops. Another first-floor bedroom features king-size bed and private bathroom with tub/shower combo backed by stylish blue tilework.

On the second floor, a king bedroom with coral and blue bedding features pillow shams accented with anchor motifs. Enjoy a balcony with seating area. A twin bedroom, with extra-large twin beds dressed in cheerful, blue striped coverlets, welcomes more guests and offers its own bathroom.

The third-floor master suite features a dreamy king-size bed, while generous windows let in natural light. Enjoy a private balcony with sitting area, along with a master bath that features dual sinks and spacious walk-in shower with dual showerheads.

GREAT EXTRAS: Enjoy integrated Sonos audio wired throughout the second-floor living area and outdoor porch for great entertaining. Choose from the stash of board games when you're not at the beach or one of the community pools. From the carport, a utility room features stainless washer-dryer and countertop with sink and storage. Plus, you'll have easy access to the outdoor shower upon return from the beach to rinse your feet. A stay at TLC gives you access to the three pools at Cinnamon Shore North and new pool at South, along with on-site dining at Lisabella's, Dylan's Coal Oven Pizzeria and Coffee Waves. Other amenities include the fitness center and Town Center activities during peak seasons and holidays, including movie nights and live music.

Getting Around — North & South:
Cinnamon Shore South and Cinnamon Shore North are located approximately 1.5 miles apart. Guests staying at one community will need to drive to access the other's amenities.
